Very easy car parking, how to register my car was explained well, Tara was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond for me, we had a chat and she helped ne to my room, she could t have been any nicer and made me feel at ease. Very helpful, polite, professional and warm. Very pleased, will be back.

Great size room for 4 of us, very clean and comfortable, we stayed on route home from disney paris 2 hrs from the crossing so a good midway point for us who live in yorkshire. Cozy cafe feel to the breakfast room, lots of food choice and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Paris. Only 70 quid for the 4 of us for the night and breakfast.

Right then, get your expectations in order before leaving negative reviews about the amenities here, which are in actual fact already presented. So yes there ain't no aircon. Phone Signal O2 & Vodafone mobile signal good. Unlike many many MANY other Premier Inn's you actually get phone service in the rooms here. Rooms Some a little tired but functional and clean Parking Free parking for guests., you'll just get the code at reception Food In house Social. Foods good, beer on tap and bottles. Had two meals in one sitting and all good. Staff Bloody amazing, friendly, welcoming and real unlike many other Premier Inn's. It's the staff that'd make me stay here again. We stayed at Corey's Mill Premiere Inn at the end of January. I was so impressed by Jackie who worked in the breakfast restaurant. She was so pleasant. She worked meticulously topping up the cooked food and everything else, cleaning, tidying and dealing with customers. She is certainly very proud of keeping the restaurant tip-top. I lost a book of postage stamps and Jackie said the next morning that they were found under my seat when cleaning. I was so appreciative of her honesty - not many people would have bothered to return them and they cost quite a bit these days. Thank you Jackie, you are a star in every way!

Great hotel with fantastic staff and an amazing restaurant. I had a last minute booking through work and I was welcomed by Tara upon my arrival; she was incredibly welcoming and polite and managed to find me a more suitable room. Very friendly and fantastic service!

We went because of the easy access from the adjacent hospital. Sharon and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our meal in the Social. It's menu is varied and caters for most tastes. We had the tomato and basil soup with the goyza. There is a deal currently on the starters which is well worth it. We had the fish and chips which was very filling. The hot meal definitely beats the hospital canteen and hospital cafes.

We have stayed in several Premier Inns and have always been pleased with our experience. Unfortunately this time, we were very disappointed. On arriving in our room, we were greeted by the smell of stale, sweat! The fabric on the chair and the spare bed were very stained and grubby, however the bathroom was clean. The hotel's restaurant was not as we'd experienced before (separate restaurant). It was very small and appeared to be converted from existing rooms. There was a closed down Beefeater restaurant next door, so we assumed that was used in the past. In the eating area, is quite difficult to find a table that did not have bright lights which shone directly into your eyes. Our dinner was cooked very poorly, again another unexpected disappointment, however the breakfast was an improvement. On a positive note, all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly! We would stay in Premier Inns again not this one.

We arrived to an electrical outage and was so dark we had to go out for coffees at local hospital until resolved. That said the room was fine albeit a tad noisy - lots of building contractors use it - had an evening meal at the in-house restaurant which was very good. Seduce was great and reception team were very good and helped with the parking. Well positioned for hospital, Stevenage old town and Hitchin .
