Room was fine but the bathroom sink had a plug stuck in the drain so that water would not drain away. Therefore we had a sink full of dirty water for the duration of our stay. Not very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel itself was excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and extremely clean throughout. The rooms were spotless and clearly well cared for, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and professional at all times. I would especially like to mention Kian, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His kindness, helpfulness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a big difference. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with outstanding service, high cleanliness standards, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

First of all, i do not have any issues with the staff or service that they provided to myself and my wife during our stay. The issue with this Hotel seems to be the Hotel itself. The floors in the room that we stayed in and the Room above made so much noise as to make it impossible to stay in a restful environment or to sleep with noise from above and noise from you own room every time somebody moves. No chance of staying asleep if someone needs to use the toilet in the night. Premier needs to replace the floors in this hotel, i don't know how they are still renting out rooms of this poor quality.
