I wasn’t looking forward to my stay at this Premier Inn as it’s in the middle of quite a large industrial estate, however all of the staff ( in particular Lexi & Lisa) have been very welcoming and attentive. Lisa has a great way with customers, putting them at ease with her bubbly slightly cheeky persona while Lexi and her other colleagues also make you feel valued. The evening meals were hot and tasty and served promptly.

I visited this hotel for a nice chilled out night away from life& It gave me everything I hoped for and more. Especially with the professionalism of the employees, Natalie and Taylor went above and beyond to make sure anything that I asked was answered clearly and informative. They made the stay feel alot more welcoming and friendly would definitely come again.

Being called the Premier Inn Stevenage Central I automatically assumed that hotel is in Stevenage Town Centre. No. It's actually in the Gunnells Wood Industrial Area. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the railway station and the bus station. If you are arriving by car the hotel is just off Gunnells Wood road which is linked to the A1(M). If you are staying at the hotel make sure you log your registration plate on the tablet at reception. The hotel was very clean and I was impressed how clean it was. One thing I thought was a nice feature is that they only provide enough towels for the number of people staying in the room so only one person in a room will have the right number of towels. A good way to cut down on excessive washing (IMHO). The hotel is not far from the Leisure Park where there are lots of place to get something to eat if you do not fancy eating at the hotel. The staff were all very professional and polite.

Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. On arrival Lisa and Hayley made us feel very welcome as they and the rest of the staff did throughout our stay. Evening meal and breakfasts were decent. Room ok, a bit worn in places!

Visited for 3 nights on a business trip with 2 colleagues. Couldn't fault the location, room or food & the staff made us feel extremely welcome, particularly Hayley & Lisa on reception. Was only a 5 minute Uber ride to the Old Town which is worth a visit if you're in the area. Will definitely use again when we visit in the future.

The room was ok but the food took about an hour to get also was half cold the manager was very unsociable and attitude was very poor she needs to go back for people training skills

I was on a business and leisure Trip with my wife. I was taken ill and rushed to hospital. The staff really went out of their way for us. The hotel is cleaning comfortable and nice, very welcoming, great staff. The only negative I have is the restaurant food but this is for all Premier Inns really. What ever their Executives have decided to do in recent years their menu quality has definitely dropped. Before the change, I’d always opt to eat in their restaurants, now I avoid unless I really need to. The food tastes like microwave ready meals.
我们来这儿住是为了参加素食野营节，这里真是太理想了——离营地只有15分钟车程。员工友善乐于助人，房间干净舒适，免费停车位也是个很大的加分项。我们住得很开心，下次肯定还会再来。
