Nice, quiet location. Friendly and caring staff. Good comfortable room. Good breakfast and evening meal. Good carpark. Location is central and accessible.

We arrived late at night and were still met with a friendly service and were still able to get dinner. all staff took great care of us. beds were very comfortable. food was tasty (both dinner and breakfast).

Everyone was great, all very keen to help and be as helpful as possible. In particular Leanne was extra helpful and Lisa's enthusiasm and positivity are infectious.

Great time for 1 night stay whilst working away from home very freindly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and nice sized for 2 food was nice thanks to Lea and the others for a welcoming stay

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Stevenage, it’s a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff, in particular the ever smiling Lisa (my name sake spelt wrong) who makes you welcome from the moment you arrive. I stay here when work training and the staff are the reason I return!

We have used this hotel before and had booked for six people for just one overnight stay. As before, we did not book a breakfast as we were not sure what we were doing the following morning with family. On our arrival we were told that breakfast was between 8am -11am and we didn't have to book but could pay for breakfast if we wish to have it in the morning. This morning we decided to have breakfast went down to the dining area at 9.30 to be told that it was full that there was no sausages and the coffee machine was broken. We were not asked if we were guests but was later told that people who were not staying at the hotel had arrived for breakfast !!! I would have thought the hotel would have enough food for those guests staying at the hotel whether they booked breakfast or not, as well as those who were not staying there who wanted breakfast.

Hotel was just about ok except for the food. Booked the meal deal but then waited over an hour for a basic pizza. Had to cancel it and was told to speak with the receptionist when I check out for a refund. Next day receptionist said she would process the refund for the dinner part of the meal deal. This still hasn’t happened. Breakfast was very poor in quality and choice as well.

这家酒店很棒，步行10分钟即可到达火车站。每半小时就有一班开往伦敦的火车，单程票价约为每人12英镑。既然距离国王十字车站或圣潘克拉斯车站只有半小时车程，何必花大价钱住伦敦的酒店呢？
