Great staff at this Premier Inn. Very close to utilita arena for concerts, etc., would highly recommend staying here. The only downside is that it can get pricey when concerts are on.

So noisy and when I went to reception to complain, there was nobody there. I went to customer relations who said the couldn’t do anything. Very poor and don’t adhere to the good night sleep gurantee

Perfect location for the Arena. Lots of spaces in the carpark and for a low daily charge of £3. Room was clean, warm and bathroom looked like it had been updated recently. We had evening meal and breakfast there. Food came out hot and was really good. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and efficient and there was a good atmosphere in the bar area as most people were going to an event at the Arena. There is a tram station close by that takes you into the city centre too.

The location was ideal for events at the Utilita Arena. The atmosphere was very pleasant although the breakfast room wasn't big enough for the number of people staying. The breakfast itself was very good but there were often big queues to eat. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked some shelves or cupboards to unpack my clothes. It was quiet and claen.

现在，无障碍客房的床无法升起。我无法轻松安全地从新床上起身。由于房间空置，酒店增加了一张床垫作为解决方案，如果酒店已经客满，我该怎么办？无障碍客房应该适合各种残障人士。PI 多年来一直为我升起床，可惜他们不能再这样做了

这个地方本应在进行大规模整修工程期间关闭。从早上 8 点开始，由于楼上正在施工，屋顶感觉好像要塌下来了。
房间空调/循环系统坏了，入住前或入住时没有警告。撒谎和歧视
因工作在这里住过几次，总是感觉很热情，工作人员很友好，食物总是很棒。强烈推荐，从接待酒吧工作人员厨房工作人员到清洁工没有任何问题
