这可能是我住过的最吵的酒店，绝对是最差的 Premier Inn 酒店。浴室里的风扇声音大得离谱——我不是工程师，但我认为它们不应该发出那样的噪音。浴室墙上有污渍，我乐观地希望那是泥巴，但看起来绝对像是便便。我不知道我们楼上发生了什么，但听起来就像一大群大象在地板上蹦蹦跳跳了好几个小时。说真的——我对这家酒店没什么好说的。避免入住。
We've stayed at a lot of Premier Inns and this one stands out for all good reasons. Without exception the people who work there were friendly, welcoming, and everything we could have asked for. Nothing was too much trouble and they were completely genuine.

Room wasn’t set up for 3 as a family went to reception a guy said i will get someone to check you in the manger on duty said we will sort it for when you get back we went for food and some shopping we were not going to go back to the hotel till after are night out but my husband left something back at hotel still not set up bed or towels only for one not for 3 of us another trip to reception the same manger came after the guy was also serving at the bar got her she said it’s on my list I said that was 3 hours ago I said I won’t it done before I go out again as I was worried when we came back later I would have the same problem she still didn’t bring towels and had to go back out again finally done came back bar was getting busy only one person serving said staffing issues breakfast was very nice hot food lady was filling it up as well as trying to clear tables staffing issues again there is another premier inn further along a guy told us they work between the 2 heating was noisy only ever had a problem with premier before was that when we got up the next morning the was a big rip in the sheet on the mattress which I wonder who ever made the bed they didn’t see it might stay again if we in the area hopefully no staffing issues

We stayed here when visiting for Disney on Ice at the Sheffield Arena, as the hotel is a great location being so close. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were assisted by the lovely and friendly Kieran on reception, who helped us with checking in and advice on getting to and from the arena for the show, and letting us know of any good food places nearby. This was welcoming after a long car journey. He really put us at ease and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thanks Kieran! We will return next year when we see the show again and will definitely be back here.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family for Christmas. Stayed in a Premier Plus room. Our stay was good- a really spacious room with all the facilities you need - large, walk in shower, pod coffee machine, comfy bed, seating area, toiletries etc. A decent sized TV. Room was really comfortable and ideal for us both - it was also reasonably priced. There is an onsite restaurant for breakfast/ dinner if needed but we didn’t use this as we were spending each day with family, With limited housekeeping available over Christmas they had prepared packs of extra towels, toilet rolls and tea/ coffee etc for guests to take as needed. We weren’t with any children but they’d also left colouring sheets and crayons for younger guests which was a nice touch. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout and very quiet. A good stay - provided all we needed. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, although a parking charge is payable per night, it’s only £3 which is not excessive. Plenty of on site parking available. Only slight issue was the noisy heating system when it comes on which is obviously needing looked at. The outside area in front of the hotel also needs more regular cleaning as there was quite a bit of litter and cigarette ends on the ground.

这个地方本应在进行大规模整修工程期间关闭。从早上 8 点开始，由于楼上正在施工，屋顶感觉好像要塌下来了。
房间空调/循环系统坏了，入住前或入住时没有警告。撒谎和歧视
因工作在这里住过几次，总是感觉很热情，工作人员很友好，食物总是很棒。强烈推荐，从接待酒吧工作人员厨房工作人员到清洁工没有任何问题
