Just drop off the M42 at Shirley to the this little gem of a hotel. Staff are professional, friendly and very attentive so you feel welcome. Evening meal surpassed expensive hotels; room clean, comfy and spacious. We stay here when in this area, for good reason.

On arrival found the checking staff most helpful rooms where clean but could do with a little update , food was ok and not kept waiting for food to be served the restaurant staff where very friendly the hotel manager was most helpful as was the front desk staff called Ben was very helpful
我晚上很晚才到酒店办理入住，但前台的 Raj 态度非常冷静，让我对这次入住感到很放心。酒店地理位置很理想，而且非常安静。
似小学生毕业Camp的乌溪沙度假营feel！而且房内有一pack已过期又未开嘅雪糕啫喱！唯一值得欣赏，就系对面嘅扒房!
我该从哪儿说起呢？我办理了入住，拿到了房间钥匙，但第二天早上醒来却被告知我还没办理入住，所以尽管我抗议，还是没法吃早餐。不过房间翻新得很漂亮。酒店虽然位于埃文河畔斯特拉特福的集水区，但实际上坐公交车要一个小时才能到。酒吧和餐厅要到下午5点才开门，而且你看得出来酒吧工作人员其实并不想工作。总之，我建议不要来这家酒店。
没有空调。房间像桑拿房一样。在房间里待了三天，热得让人无法忍受。我听说整个酒店都没有空调。新装修的房间窗户都开着，几乎伸手不见五指。我们走廊里很多人都把房门打开了。我们到房间时，只看到两个风扇开着，但没什么用。房间里比外面还热。
做了一件我们从未做过的事，在闷热难耐的房间里待了三个小时后就退房了。常见的窗户锁让空气无法进入，台扇也坏了。我问前台要了另一台，被告知他们的备件只能用来更换坏掉的风扇。还被告知酒店没有空调，但其他评论说有带空调的房间。考虑到当时房间里的温度可能高达30摄氏度，这真是太荒唐了。晚上10点退房，开车回家了。夏天不会再匆忙地去普瑞米尔酒店了。
总的来说，感觉很破旧。地毯很脏，上楼的时候闻到一股味道。房间里灰尘很多。床很干净舒适，这点很值得称赞。食物还行，但服务可以更好。我点了胡椒酱牛排，结果服务员端来了肉汁……服务员好像根本不知道这有什么区别！
这是我经历过的最糟糕的一次，淋浴间里弥漫着潮湿的气味，需要重新装修一下。洗完澡后，只剩下一条毛巾，上面还有黑色的绒毛和两道刹车痕迹。我拿着这条毛巾去前台，前台没有道歉，只是换了一条新毛巾，我问房间是否真的打扫过，前台说是的，只是没有检查过。我的感觉是房间根本没打扫过，既没有换房间，也没有道歉。住宿体验糟透了，连羽绒被都没拿到，感觉好像是别人睡过，而且连伦尼·亨利睡眠保证都没有。我再也不会去了。
