The entire stay was very nice. Jenna and others at front desk were wonderful. It was Thanksgiving and very busy. I would like to share that they need more silverware in dininv area. People were complaining about plastic, juices ran out and hot round buffet choices were completely emptied and there was some wait time for them to be refilled. We didnt mind but got tired of hearing others complain.

The room was fine and the staff great. It was the check in that was the issue. The info on ******* showed the check in time was 2:30pm, however the hotel says 3:00pm. We checked in to one of the rooms at 2:30 and was charged $12.00 for early check in, even with showing the info we had showing 2:30pm.

深夜抵达酒店。打开加床，发现床单和床垫套上溅满了血迹！楼下的工作人员除了道歉并给我们换了一张新的床垫套外，什么也没做。地毯闻起来有股麝香味，还有点像尿味。
吉娜太棒了！非常乐于助人！推荐了很多！非常友好！我们一定会再来这里和吉娜一起住！给那女孩加薪，她值得！
