The hotel is in need of a well needed upgrade and refurbishment. It’s very worn and dated, but welcome and free parking is great. The room was basic, however despite the negatives it’s conveniently located, well priced and located close to Heathrow airport, only 10 minutes away, which was perfect.

Booked this travelodge as it was a cheap stopover before taking a flight. Cheap but not cheerful. Guy on reception was rude from the outset. I visited on Nov 30th around 4pm. He advised - or should I say warned me not to leave anything in my car as break ins are common. He had such an attitude when I asked about late check in that I was taken aback. Not what I'd call a nice welcome. My room was on lower floor. Carpets were threadbare and dirty. Furniture old with stains everywhere. Bath - you wouldn't want to bathe in it - it was filthy. Car park also services Toby Carvery next door so its a noisy place. Its old, tired and in need of knocking down. Free parking and no lift so not good for those with mobility issues. I've found somewhere else for next stayover.

Kerry and Chris absolutely smashed it. They both went out of their way to tend to our needs and done it with a smile on their face. They were hospitable and kind. Thank you guys!

The rubbish outside the window and the late night meeting of people on the bench round the back . The staff were lovely though we were on the ground floor. We stayed a few time handy for the train station down the road to catch a train in to London and back

Very convenient and adequate for what in need for a short stay. Finding this hotel was very easy as it is near motorway. Rooms were clean. Excellent customer service and wonderful reception welcome from Mr Khan who was very professional and extremely helpful from the start.

Old style hotel but room was clean, Nice Location, near to motorway. Friendly staff Stayed for 2 nights, lovely experience.

We have stayed here a few times. It is in an ideal location for a night before a flight from Heathrow. This time we were in room 125 on the ground floor, which was clean and comfortable. There was a little noise from the car park and the main road, but this was not excessive. We had a nice evening meal in the Toby Carvery next door.
