Checking in took over 30 minutes, okay it's busy. Finally got to our peaceful room near the ocean only to be welcomed with construction view and the noise to go with many pieces of equipment working 100 feet away. We requested a change and we were politely told no. We have been Wyndham members for many years and we are always, ALWAYS disappointed with this location. It's enough to make one accept the beneficial to them Exit. So disappointed again.

This is a large resort (lots of rooms) on the ocean. We went in January. It was not too busy during the week. The 3 bedroom unit has a small living room and kitchen for being a 3 bedroom. There is a nice promenade that goes in front of the resort. You can walk right onto the beach. If you want sun ask for a unit on the 4th floor on the south side of the building that faces toward the mountains. You have a partial ocean view. Shopping and restaurants are an easy walk from the resort. There are a lot of activities for kids to do in town.

My wife and I attended a sales presentation for 2-1/2 hours on 12/6/2025 and did not receive the $299 exchange fee refunded to my RCI account. This was promised by Todd and his manager Brad. I made several phone calls but Todd never returned my calls. I spoke with Brad, who said the the refund will be forwarded to the accounting department and still nothing happened. I sent text messages to Worldmark but nobody responded. The $299 exchange fee was NOT refunded to my account as of today 1/4/2026. The rating was average because of the concierge dept that lied and never delivered the gift when my wife and I gave them 2-1/2 hours of our time. STAY AWAY FROM CONCIERGE.

The Worldmark was right on the beach. Great sunsets. Eating establishments close by. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Will stay again if in the area.

Time share sales people too aggressive. They try to get you into a presentation with lies about the RCI/World Mark merger and how you can avoid the exchange fee-which is not true. There is no way to avoid the exchange fee.period!.

Buildings are showing their age, our unit was ok but needed a deep clean, a lot of street and hallway noise at night, never can see the ocean from a unit which is sad. It was an okay week but nothing to get extra excited about unless you have kids that want to spend their time at the arcade, etc.

Excellent customer service! Don't be deterred because of it being a time share- we felt zero pressure by salespeople during our whole weeks' stay. They gave us free Wi-Fi codes upon check in just because I asked for it! Encountered very friendly staff everywhere we went; security, front desk, maintenance, sales people. The location cannot be beat! The spring weather was surprisingly terrific! The huge outdoor pool was heated to 90*! Loved our time at the Seaside WorldMark

I'm a VIP owner, and our promised checkin time after arriving at 3:30 was "no later than 5." An hour later than 4, which is their stated checkin time. So we came back from shopping at 5:10 - still no call with our room number. We went to the front desk, and they were so busy we would've had to wait even longer just to ask. I went to the sales desk (where they book the owner update meetings) and asked. They went to check and came back with " 6:30." Whaaaat? And who's paying us for the groceries that will spoil in a hot car while we wait? No offer of any compensation other than a one-hour-later checkout that we dont need.

I have stayed in many hotels, houses and condo's in Seaside and was curious about this resort. The location is one of the best because it is right on the Prom and beach, and near all the restaurants and shops. There is a nice kitchenette area. The unit was a 2 bedroom, and although not advertised, also had a pull out wall bed and a sofa bed. That was a nice perk I thought they should have mentioned. The unit was clean and in good condition. Like just about all the condo's and hotels in the area, it is older and in need of an update- or perhaps Seaside just needs to add a few newer more modern options. it does not have AC, which I typically don't need in Seaside, but I had a side unit facing Tillamook head that really lacked airflow even with the balcony door open all the time, which can make it heat up and be more stuffy. The windows only slant open and don't open in full so that doesn't help. It has a pool and hot tubs, but they are small and often overcrowded. The staff was pleasant, but aggressive about sales and trying to get you to buy into a Timeshare. I often like to take my dogs to the beach and note this spot is not pet friendly. There is no snack or eating options which would be nice and something you typically see in a place tagged as a resort. They charge a lot of Wifi which is really a dated practice. It's free everywhere and has been for years. Overall, my stay was adequate. The Sand and Sea is a better option in my opinion if you wont a condo set up, your money goes further and it's a similar location on the Prom.

我和妻子玩得很开心!泳池和热水浴缸都很棒!我们还去游戏室打了乒乓球。希望我们能尽快再来!
