This hotel needs a good clean and freshen up Bathroom was disgustingly dirty and smelt of urine And bedroom smelt of wet dog there was even a dog toy found under the bed so obviously not cleaned no wonder the window were wide open

Good location for the business traveller with quiet rooms and location for a great night's rest. A friendly and humorous welcome from Alan the manager and some of his team including Sue on my arrival this time. What's not to like!

设施陈旧，服务差。因为天气太冷，我要求多提供毯子，却被告知没有。房间和浴室只有一个暖气，因为浴室没有暖气或加热毛巾架。早餐是盒装的，因为没有餐厅。室外停车场相当简陋。房间很冷，窗帘上到处都是污渍。靠近主干道，非常吵闹。
即使35英镑的优惠，我也不会再住了。浴室破旧不堪。主墙面黏糊糊的。毛巾上满是污渍。房间极其简陋。床中间有点塌陷，但还好。前台对一些普通的询问感到很惊讶（比如哪里可以买到食物，有没有浴室防滑垫）。自动售货机里只有一堆不卫生的垃圾。
不提供早餐，不过至少我拿到了退款。酒店非常破旧，淋浴很差，毛巾有异味，房间灯光设计糟糕。位置便利，靠近高速公路。附近的酒吧不错，但价格昂贵。
流产，换床单被套被忽略了……最后终于拿到了，却没有羽绒被套……后来拿到了……却让我自己换，尽管我身体状况不佳。经理本承诺退款。
