The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the centre of town. The parking works well and is not too over-priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Nice to be offered oat milk. My only issue was with the temperature of the room. It took two trips down to Reception to get any heat at all. Then at bedtime the room was far too hot. There was no way of effectively regulating this.

Reception foyer was undergoing refurbishment at my visit on 2 December but Sophie did a sterling job checking everyone in manually by clipboard. I was upgraded to a Plus room and all was good. Breakfast was very good as always.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. All kept in good order. Nice big room, smelt lovely. But a few details let it down. Stain on the head board, hole in the bed sheet, hairs in the bath and the hair dryer had a loose connection so didn’t work very well. Attention to some detail and this would be like it was when it first opened. It’s getting a bit tatty. My second less than happy stay at primer inn this year, think I’ll stick with Travelodge from now on!

Stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas as visiting son and he only has one bedroom. Upgraded to premium room, and was extremely pleased with it, and the enhanced wifi. We ate here the first evening, and then had breakfast before I left, and the food was reasonable and well priced Very clean, and the service from all the staff I met was outstanding. They were cheerful, helpful, friendly and professional. I would certainly stay here again when I visit my son.

这是我住过最差的Premier Inn酒店。因为网站上订不到房间，所以不得不分开预订两晚，直到周五晚上才有空房（周六提前一小时就订满了）。因为只有一间空房，所以只好安排一间方便行动不便人士入住的房间（2号房）。房间太臭了！一股很浓的霉味、麝香味和潮湿味，浴室的水槽也一样，味道太难闻了，我不得不从车里拿来飞怡除臭剂，好让我们在房间里待得舒服些，因为窗户打不开，空调也不管用！床的一侧末端倾斜，枕头是平的，必须在中午 12 点退房，然后在下午 3 点再次入住，因为他们说“他们无能为力”，当我提前 20 分钟到达时，他们说他们无能为力，必须等到下午 3 点，不过那位女士确实将我们最初预订的房间（另一间供残疾人士/需要方便出入的房间，因为再次只有一间空房）换成了标准双人间，我对此非常感激，也许是我内心的悲观主义者，但我不认为我会这样做，因为我没有说过我已经在网站上查过现在有标准双人间可用，无论如何，下午 3 点回来，由 Noel 办理了入住手续，非常愉快和乐于助人，到了我们的房间，浴室的天花板上有毛茸茸的霉菌，床舒服多了，没有气味，但霉菌问题需要解决，真可惜，因为它的地理位置如此理想，Premier Inn 一直是我的首选酒店，但现在我会考虑其他选择第一次去伯里圣埃德蒙兹的酒店（因为家人经常来那里），我很庆幸没有带孩子，绝对不会再住这家酒店，应该预订A14，因为之前去过那里，感觉很棒
到达时房间很冷，排气扇噪音很大，床铺很差，不舒服（床单太小，所以无法掖好，羽绒被套太大，羽绒被裹住了我的胳膊、腿和脚），所以我几乎整晚都没睡。到达前下载了无麸质晚餐菜单，打算点德墨汉堡；菜单上写着“我们所有的汉堡都用不含麸质的面包盛放”，结果却被告知没有无麸质面包，于是我点了7盎司的烤熏火腿牛排；菜单上写着“带皮薯条”，但是薯条没有皮，又薄又脆，烤过头了。晚上晚些时候，我试图从接待处买一大瓶水，被告知不能刷卡，但我没有现金，这时工作人员把我带到自动售货机，结果水已经卖完了，真是笑话！我住了一晚，花了200多英镑，完全不值这个价，床不舒服，几乎没睡好，食物低于平均水平，工作人员态度差，不能接受！
住宿体验很棒，舒适、干净、专业，而且靠近市中心……房间宽敞，床也很舒服。酒店公共区域均可刷卡安全出入。
