Lovely hotel! Staff are so lovely and professional, every area of the hotel is spotless! Such a great night sleep in a lovely clean fresh bed/room! Breakfast and evenings meals are delicious too!

Everything about this place was great from the moment we got there. Arrived a little early but left our luggage in the reception office. All staff were helpful and the first guy even got a map out to show us how to get to the carpark as it was just a little awkward but still right at the back of the hotel. Although the room wasn't overly big it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was to die for. No buffet but freshly cooked to order from the menu.

Stayed here while visiting my son,lovely friendly staff,especially the ladies who did breakfast each morning always smiling,rooms lovely and clean,beds very comfy

A great location in Melton Mowbray, a short walk into the town centre across the road, handy for everything that the town has to offer. Some lovely restaurants and pubs, full of history too. Reasonable parking and with a railway station just a short walk away.

Stayed late one evening and enjoyed a meal here, with exceptional service from casey and Keira.. definitely worth a visit and would eat here again

我在晚餐前不到一个小时登记入住，并获得了我的餐券，但在到达餐厅时却被告知他们只有一个选择。我出差了，吃饭都是自己付钱的，这就意味着我必须自己掏腰包出去吃饭。有点烦人。但工作人员表示歉意并提出退款。酒店里住的大部分是上班族，晚上很吵。想要睡觉并不容易，因为其中一个人在隔壁房间演奏鼓和贝斯音乐。从好的方面来说，工作人员都很棒，早餐也很棒。房间很大很舒服。
就价格而言，它相当差。家庭房里绝对没有储物空间，基本上都是靠行李箱生活的。浴室很差，房间过时。停车场的位置很奇怪而且很难找到。不是最好的体验，不会再使用
