The main hotel was pleasant and clean, although we had a premier plus room, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned from the previous visitors and was full of used coffee pods, also the tea, coffee and sugar in the room had not been replenished, not a big deal as they were available on the reception desk. The restaurant/bar was very disappointing. The bar area opened at 5 pm and had no furniture in it, so you had to sit where they used as the restaurant area, which was small and not that comfortable. Stayed 2 nights, the first night dinner took a long time to be served, considering there were only four other people in the restaurant at the time, the food was bland, and very disappointing. Due to the location, there was nowhere else to eat within walking distance, so on the second night we had to use the restaurant again. Sorry to say it was even worse than the first night. We ordered a chicken skewer and crispy prawns. The prawns were OK, but the chicken skewer consisted of one skewer with three pieces of chicken for £6.79, not value for money. Our mains were chicken katsu curry, which was lacking in flavour and very bland to look at. Also ordered was a Create Your Own Pizza, with sausage, bacon and pepperoni. It was awful; it had the most disgusting aftertaste. We only ate a very small amount and requested a refund (which we did get). All the food we had whilst there was never presented in a way you looked forward to trying it, there was never any little side salad or garnishes, to say bland and boring is an understatement.

I had work in a nearby village and needed a hotel for a 1 night stay, at the company I work for we usually use Premier inn, this time I booked the ultimate room, which was worth the extra few quid as the extra space and better desk and chair was well worth it. After an initial computer hiccup for Mia, I was checked in quickly and got the keys to my room, as above the room was spacious along with being clean and tidy. Dinner was booked and I was greeted by Matthew who was friendly helpful and just nice to chat to. Also compliments to Charlie the Chef, damm nice food. I admit the hotel wasn't busy but I wasn't disturbed at all at night and the morning breakfast was lovely. If you are down this way it is well worth a stay. Only small note the front door for the hotel is half way down the side between the front and rear carpark. (Took me a few seconds to work out)

Upgraded on arrival. Rooms very clean and tidy, evening meal better than expected but what sets this Preimer Inn from others is its hotel guest service. Why can’t every premier inn follow suit?? Matthew,Zoe and Charlie are assets to this company and where ever I went I had been greater with a smile and hello. I will be staying here again, it really is service with a smile. Thank you everyone for going above and beyond.

Had a good old laugh with the girl on reception Ciara, made my solo visit less lonely. Loved the bacon and beans, eggs really overdone…

Stayed for a weekend whilst visiting family in the New Forest. We were greeted by the lovely Kiera who was so helpful in advising us on local gems and helping us to organise a taxi.

We stayed at Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle) for one night on Saturday 6th December. Unfortunately there were a number of issues with our stay, all of which I've shared with Premier Inn customer services and received no response. Overall, we were made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and certainly not valued customers. I've stayed in countless Premier Inns across the county for both leisure and business purposes and have never experienced anything close to this. It was a hugely disappointing and somewhat upsetting experience.

A lovely stay, helpful friendly staff and a big thank you for the amazing gluten free breakfast. I am coeliac and Matthew, Ben and Zoe were brilliant at catering for my needs. I could not only have the cooked breakfast and lots of it, but it was tasty and hot! Thank you, it made our stay perfect.

Very enjoyable stay, made even better by very welcoming staff. Particular mention must go to Matthew, who somehow managed to serve 30 restaurant customers entirely on his on his own, whilst remaining calm, efficient and charming to all the guests in the restaurant. This gentleman's skills and potential need to recognised by Premier Inn, as he needs to be fast tracked onto the management training program. We were told that the hotel will shortly be extended and look forward to a return visit on 2026.
