The Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. but you get what you pay for! Room was ok clean but a bit shabby in places. Shower was the same, ok but not great. poorest quality loo paper! Its the little things. no soap in dispenser. room was cold, bathroom freezing. food in restaurant was very poor but breakfast was impressive. very good.

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight from Luton Airport. Only a tiny amount of noise filtered into the room from the adjacent M1 motorway which was good and the service was unexpectedly very pleasant. As was the food. All in all, very good value for money.

A very comfortable and quiet night’s sleep which was reasonably priced. With Travelodge, we still get the opportunity to slightly open a window in the room, unlike the other popular chain of hotels, which we believe makes their rooms smell stale and unhealthy. We used the car parking at the rear of the Travelodge which we pre-booked/payed for using the Horizon website/app. We took the opportunity to choose the location of our room at the time of booking and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We would particularly like to mention the staff member at breakfast, who provided us with a warm welcome, good service, a clean environment in which to eat and a buffet consisting of a vast choice of very tasty food and drink, Well done again Travelodge!

Got to reception to check in, staff was not on the desk, rang the bell multiple times and waited around 20 mins before someone came to the desk Arrived into the room on the first floor, straight away there was an old takeaway under the bed, the room was ok, a little dated. In the bathroom they had Lidl Cien hand wash watered down covered with their own brand, there was hairs on the bath and the spoon for tea making had marks on them. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows are like air bags,

staff was very friendly, room was fine, breakfast nice and hot. Travel cot provided on the request, but I would recommend bringing your own mattrass of asking for an extra blanket/sheet. I prefered using my own cot on this occasion. Overall nice experience, Thank you!
