Hotel looks great from the outside with ample parking. Staff were lovely - friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Rooms a little tired and dated (and next to a pub with music on a Saturday night) but generally good value for money. Breakfast room is quite small but the food was lovely.

Fantastic stay here at Furzton Lake. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast laid on by chef Annette was amazing and the welcome to the restaurant by Shannon was lovely. A*

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the room was lovely warm and clean, The hotel was only 5 mins away from every thing that we needed Every time I comes to see my grandparents I always stay at this hotel as they are so friendly and the beds were super comfortable

We visited the hotel on the 14th of February, our 3rd time of visiting this hotel , absolutely love this hotel, the staff are amazing always happy to help you , can't do enough to help , this time that gave us a room with a beautiful view of the water fall feature in the hotel grounds, the hungry horse pub was amazing too , very good value, we didn't use the hotel restaurant this time but that is very good aswell , definitely going back , overall very good hotel .

Staff were friendly and helpful. The information on the Premier Inn website, and in the pre--visit email is misleading. Nowhere does it state that this hotel DOES NOT have a bar or a restaurant serving dinner. In fact, both suggest that it does, e.g. the pre-visit email links to drinks offers available at Premier Inn bars: highly misleading. The breakfast served af the hotel was very good. However, the food served at the adjacent Green King owned Hungry Horse restaurant is poor and reflects badly on Premier Inn. The room was clean but the decor is tatty and tired.

As always clean and comfortable bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff including Karen who made us excellent porridge.

The breakfast area was spotless. The food was fresh and they made me 2 perfect poached eggs. Very helpful ladies and made me feel welcome. thank you Sue and Sandra, see you again soon 👍

On the whole a good value hotel in a pleasant location. Room and bathroom clean with very comfortable bed. Breakfast very good. However, the hotel itself is in need of an update as looking very tired. The advertising of the hotel is quite misleading as it shows a photograph of a bar. The bar is in a pub next door and nothing to do with the hotel.
