Having stayed at the Premier Inn in Tring since October 25 every night on my return from work and when on shift, Maryna has greeted me with a welcome back smile and has gone out of her way to provide assistance when needed, she is customer service with a smile and a great asset to Premier Inn.. Thank you Maryna, its been a pleasure.😊

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the best premier inn we have stayed at The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming We checked inn and was given our room number. The rooms was very clean and warm. We book a premium plus room and was excellent Ladies on reception was friendly and nothing was to much trouble Many thanks

The terrific receptionist who I spoke to on the phone the day before arranged a quiet room with a view over the countryside for us. It was a real pleasure to meet her on arrival. This was the first time we'd tried Premier Plus and will certainly do so again. The room was fine and there was plenty of hot water to have a good soak in the bath with pleasantly scented toiletries. I would have given a 5 star review if not for: - The bed, while very comfortable was very bouncy so I was constantly woken up… the aircon/heating hummed so we turned it off, but then it felt hot and airless & the windows don’t open. - Everything looked spotless until I got in the bath which gave me a perfect view of mould at the base of the shower screen (only visible while in the bathtub so easy to miss.) Worth knowing there are no flannels provided, but it was great to have a little fridge with a couple of bottles of water. We also appreciated the tea selection, the coffee pods & bars of chocolate! I’d certainly stay again but would bring ear plugs and perhaps go for twin beds?

Absolutely wonderful could not do enough for us. I'm in a wheelchair and the assessable room was really good. We stayed two nights and it was really good value. The Beefeater was also good the food was first class and also the staff there was efficient and friendly.

A great location for a short business trip. Atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant was very positive. I had a premier plus room which had everything I needed for my short visit, excellent WiFi connectivity. A clean and comfortable room with excellent coffee machine. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating along with a kind and positive attitude. Restaurant was excellent with an early breakfast availability allowing me to get a drink and hot breakfast before setting off. Free parking which is always great. Thank you you Natalia & Staff for a pleasant stay. Andy

Good location for office visit, clean a d welcoming. Maryna helped me due to my work system having issues and duplicating my booking. She was very understanding and helpful, sorted it out for me and was wonderful.
