周五去参加一个家庭葬礼，我觉得火葬场里比较凉快。你为什么不在这样的建筑里安装空调呢？他们确实提供了风扇，非常适合循环 100⁰ 的空气。我从来没有住过这么暖和的酒店。一整晚都没睡，所以我一直醒着，听着越野摩托车在塞尔比路上飞驰。至少我们可以吃一顿像样的早餐，在第二天早上退房前梳洗一番。哦，等等，这太令人震惊了。是的，可能已经是早上晚些时候了（0945），但至少要做一些热食。烤架后面的可怜小伙子显然懒得做。好像这对我的家人来说还不够悲伤，我们不得不看着香肠，想起昨天的火葬。感谢 Premier Inn 让本来就很悲惨的时刻变得更加悲惨。
Lovely quiet location, excellent friendly staff, always smiling. Good breakfast. Freshly made poached eggs, done quickly.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. Managed to sleep through the night without hearing outside noise. Would stay again

We stayed here in roon 111 on Sunday 22nd February 2026,and were allocated our room when we arrived in the evening. During the night the room became unbearably warm due to the thermostat not regulating the temperature,every time we tried to switch it down it went straight back to 23/23 degrees. The heater in the corner wasn't even switched on so we don't know where the heat was coming from. We mentioned this to the man on reception who said the thermostats don't always control the room heat!! He said we should have opened the window but the room faced a main road. I complained to Premier Inn customer services who said we should have gone downstairs in the middle of the night to get someone to sort it, and they had tested the thermostat and it was working the heater (that wasn't even switched on) ????. We stay at other Premier Inn hotels regularly and have never had issues.

Popped in to this hotel for breakfast , all you can eat for just shy of £11, you can’t go wrong. Coffee elsewhere would cost £3+ and then breakfast usually £10+ so you’re getting your moneys worth to say it’s all you can eat! Staff were great. Food was hot and constantly topped up on their little buffet area. What more could you want? I’ll be back and definitely recommend

这不是我住过最好的Premier Inn酒店之一。酒店已经很旧了，急需全面翻新。位置有点偏僻，离利兹市中心、M1高速和A1高速都不近。房间很舒适干净，但吃饭的地方选择有限，只有对面那家连锁餐厅。我预订的时候价格很优惠，所以也没什么好抱怨的。但如果按它平时的价格，性价比就不高了，不值得。

床的一侧明显凹陷，睡起来很不舒服。Hynos 床垫的承诺到底是怎么了？窗户对面的空调风扇让我无法打开窗户，楼上的房间隔音效果不佳，晚上睡不好，早上 6 点楼上的 Stampy 先生让我的睡眠更加糟糕，不得不清理浴缸里的洞穴蜘蛛，这是意料之外的事情
一年中最热的一天，暖气开到最大。只给了一台风扇，风扇吹来的热气很烫。早餐很糟糕，微波炉加热后变成了橡胶味。三天后电梯里就剩下垃圾
晚上 10 点入住。走进房间，一股难闻的霉味扑鼻而来！！我打开窗户，喷了点香水，但毫无作用。房间里还有一台便携式风扇，我觉得很奇怪，但这让我怀疑房间里是否潮湿或发霉。房间总体上也很肮脏，不太干净。我向接待处投诉，要求换到另一个房间，但没有剩余房间。我不可能住在那个房间里，所以我说我想要退款并离开。他们同意了，所以我去取行李，但当我回来时，他们说在经理早上来之前不能给我退款。我离开后早上又打电话，他们说经理不能给我退款，我必须写信给客服。太糟糕了。我给客服发了信息，回复时间为 20 天，所以我现在自掏腰包 120 英镑，而且没有退款的保证
