Friendly front desk staff, clean room, comfy bed. Only issue was that we were only given one towel even though the booking was for two people and we didn’t notice until one of us was without a method of drying. I would say it was on us to check but if you have two people booked into a room, it makes sense to put two towels in.

Another brillisnt stay at this Premier Inn. We booked 1 family room for the night during the February Half Term week. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and was spotless. Its great to have a good shower and comfy beds and to take time to relax. We opted to have the full breakfast the following morning where hot foid is cooked to order, reducing waste and being freshly cooked. Coffee was lovely too. We have stayed at the hotel many times and we know we will always have an enjoyable stay.

We visit regularly as it is near the area some of our family live in. It is always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced - so we tend to book here as we know exactly what to expect and it is convenient. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. It’s useful having a petrol station and supermarket just down the road.

Premier Inn receptionist Abbie was excellent went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible . Damien the manager was also excellent. Unfortunately the Beefeater restaurant attached to the Premier Inn was awful. Needed the outside appearance tidying up. Broken windows peeling paint broke fencing it looked very shabby. We had a problem with our food and the Team Leader came over but was very rude and needs to learn people skills. Our chips were all bits and the steak was like warm no vegetables mac and cheese casement starter very poor. We will not eat in there again We had breakfast and an evening meal both were not great.

One night stay to visit Horsey Gap. Have stayed here before . Friendly staff at Reception. Rooms a bit tired but still an enjoyable stay. Meal in Beefeater very good with Friendly efficient staff. Not impressed with the automated booking service for booking a table. Would prefer to speak to a human.

Absolutely wonderful the reception staff was amazing nothing was to much trouble any issues I had (very small) was dealt with in a professional manor jane and Linda was very welcoming and truly amazing I felt at home from home would a 1000 percent stay here again great stuff great food great service see you again soon
