Spent a few days travelling from Devon to Norfolk, staying in various Premier Inns along the way and this one was our favourite because it was comfortable, clean and the breakfast at this particular Inn was exceptional. It was freshly cooked for us by Connor the Chef. You could tell he cared about the food he produced. It was freshly cooked to order, not dried out and hanging around. The scrambled eggs were perfect, bacon was crispy and delicious, the tomato was soft and sweet, sausages were meaty, beans were hot, and the whole breakfast was the best one we'd had on our trip. Thank you Connor. Another aspect we appreciated was how lovely and clean the tables and carpet were. No debris on the floor, no sticky ketchup bottles, and clean, polished cutlery. Lovely. Definitely a cut above the other Inns. Alex was a great waitress and on the go all the time. She was friendly, obliging and smiley. Would definitely stay there again.

We didn’t actually stay in the hotel but our flight got cancelled for 9.25 so we had to wait until 5.00 for the next one. We decided to come in here and see if they could have us in here for an hour or so. All of the staff were amazing, very accommodating. They allowed us to relax on the sofas in the restaurant/lobby area for 3+ hours. Allowed us to have a coffee & had a chat with a few of the staff members. Horrible day waiting around but they made it that little bit better. All in, lovely, friendly staff.

这个地方看起来“老旧”了，需要翻新。浴室里有浴缸，这本来不错，但排气扇的噪音实在太大，根本没法在浴缸里放松。早餐时，有警告牌子说烤面包机烤得太慢了，事实也确实如此——如果烤面包机不合格，别跟顾客说机器没用——赶紧换掉！最后，早餐时只有一台咖啡机，而且坏了。我承认东西会坏，但真的吗？这么大的酒店餐厅，只有一台不够用的咖啡机？
房间里没有空调，只有风扇，开着风扇，温度只有27.5度！我们参加了一个当地慈善活动（两天），订了三个房间，第二天都没住完就回家了！作为当地一家企业的负责人，我们以后再也不会找这家公司了！我们自己也办活动，所以很多预订都泡汤了！
小心……这里挤满了离家在外的打工者，住宿费由公司承担。周一到周五，停车场停满了工作车，我还看到两辆卡车横七竖八地停在停车位上。隔壁是啤酒节。太糟糕了。到处都是排队订购公司补贴食品的工人们。地方很脏，食物很垃圾，工作人员很邋遢。
我在这家酒店的经历非常令人沮丧，我觉得有必要分享一下。我通过电话预订，因为我知道我的入住时间不太正常——我明确告诉他们，我会在 2 月 21 日凌晨 3 点到 6 点之间到达，周四晚上很晚离开。我甚至解释说，开车要花很长时间（3-4 个小时），所以我会在周五凌晨到达。和我通话的人向我保证，我的预订时间是周五早上，前台会收到通知。结果我早上 5 点左右到达，前台却完全不知道我会来。显然，我的预订是 21 日下午 3 点之后（他们通常的入住时间），更糟糕的是，预订单上说我会在周六凌晨 3 点到达——完全错了。因此，他们拒绝给我安排房间。我一直解释情况，但他们就是说下午3点前不接受入住，而且我订不到那个时间的房间。那我该怎么办？带着我4岁的孩子睡在车里？我打电话而不是在线预订的原因就是为了避免这个问题。如果在线预订，我知道我得订周四晚上才能在下午3点后入住。但当我在电话里询问时，对方安慰我说他们已经确认了，一切都没问题。显然，情况并非如此。结果，他们让我等了将近两个小时，我才放弃，改订了附近一家智选假日酒店。没有道歉，没有尝试纠正错误，什么都没有。那天早上我去城里参加一个重要的医疗面试，这简直是徒增压力。大多数酒店遇到这种麻烦，至少会尽力补救——比如提供房间、折扣什么的。但这家酒店完全没有责任感。真是令人失望的经历。
