Really tired now. Corridor smelt damp. Room tired. TV Remote needed new batteries, bedside lamp missing a bulb. Small things - but no one is checking. Tv at a terrible angle to watch in bed - didn’t matter as reception was bad. WiFi didn’t work. Shower head covered in limescale. Really not representative of the chain, let down. Limited breakfast too. Wonder if it’s closing? For 35 quid for the night perhaps it’s ok?

location was perfect for our family Christmas. The room was comfortable, bathroom sufficient. good value for money as it was christmas and boxing day. Clean and tidy. However the usb socket would not charge any device, we had forgotten to bring a usb plug so couldn't charge phones or kindles/ tablets. I needed to check on my mother who is 83 and speak to other family members. The radiator in our room clicked all night and kept me awake

It was Ok, but in need of a revamp, seems to be an older hotel with marks, stains, rust and mould in places - nothing too horrendous, but needs upgrading. Rooms had plenty of space, but nowhere comfortable to sit, and very small TV at odd angle. Check in staff friendly and room was ready for early check-in. However, when I returned later that night the (different) staff member did not even look up from her screen as I entered, let alone acknowledge me.

Disappointing, no decorations in the Beef Eater and a very bad smell in the bar and restaurant. Hotel always good. But the restaurant let's it down badly.

这里的工作人员让这里更加完美，尤其是……奥黛丽！因为工作原因预订的，我选择不多。但住在Premier Inn，我完全可以放心享受舒适的淋浴和舒适的床。这家酒店在这方面做得很好。Premier Inn偶尔也会有特别之处，那就是他们的员工。在离家很远辛苦工作了一天之后，奥黛丽就像一缕阳光。办理入住时，她面带微笑，热情地迎接我。然后，去吃晚饭时，我问他们是否出售日常用品，因为我头疼，需要一些扑热息痛。很遗憾没有；但奥黛丽竭尽全力，从她自己的库存里帮我弄了一包新的。住宿体验不错，值得推荐。
