I booked a Premier Plus room for a one-night stay before an early flight, expecting a higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but "plus." The room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. As a solo female traveller already in my pyjamas for the night, I felt completely uncomfortable and unsafe wandering through a large airport hotel to find staff in the middle of the night to address the temperature. When I reported this at my 5 am checkout, the young man at reception was completely nonchalant and uninterested. I followed up with Premier Inn afterwards, only to be told they expected me to notify staff during the night. This is an absolute ridicule of their "Good Night Guarantee." Expecting a lone woman to leave her room in the early hours to report a maintenance issue—rather than providing a functional, temperature-controlled room in the first place—is dismissive and shows a lack of understanding for guest safety. To top it off, the "Plus" amenities I paid extra for were non-existent; there wasn't even the advertised water in the fridge. There was nothing "plus" about this stay. I paid for a premium experience and a good night's sleep; I received neither. I will not be staying here again.

真是个垃圾场……上午 1230 点。放在3楼。电梯不工作。不能换房间。房间很热。空调开了。 130am 想睡觉。空调噪音大。不工作。走过去打开窗户。虫子。蜘蛛。可恶的。打不开😫累了就去尝试争取感动。检查过了。接待员告诉联系客户服务...做到了。等了几天。安娜回复感谢您的反馈希望下次入住会更好。好吧,我绝对不会花钱去住在Premier Inn。再次转储
