We use Premier Inns frequently and this is one of the best. Our room was clean, warm, and comfortable. Great shower though it was inside the bath so it would be challenging for a guest with mobility problems. The young lady who checked us in was great. Our breakfast was very good indeed. Wendy looked after us well. Sometimes I complain that not all breakfast items are available at the same time, but here everything was there to choose from and I noted that Wendy was replenishing as needed. We had a very pleasant stay here. An added bonus is that there is a Greene King pub on the site, so the lack of a bar and restaurant on the premises doesn’t matter. We had booked here as we were going to the theatre in Leicester and we got back in time for a nightcap.

Was a lovely stay, I have to say its one of the cleanest premier inns I have been in!! Polite staff, the housekeepers were lovely too! Top marks 👌

Great stay! Everything was clean, good pub next to it and receptionist was very friendly! Parking wasn’t too bad either

Do not dare to arrive after a journey earlier than 3PM, even 30 minutes or you will have to pay another £15 should you want to access the room that is ready and paid for. This is a rip off as there's no comfort facilities which we all need after a journey available. This is simply wrong

这些年来，我住过很多顶级酒店，总觉得它们温馨舒适，适合偶尔住上一晚。而且床也很舒服，物有所值。可惜的是，这次这家阴冷破败的酒店，与我之前的体验大相径庭。酒店旁边就是一个大墓地！！醒来后看到的景色也不太好，哈哈。房间需要重新粉刷一下，重新装修一下。我们的房间简直是波罗的海风，开空调暖气声音太大，根本没法睡。还好床很舒服，这确实提高了整体评分，但除此之外，房间实在太差了。如果你一定要住这里，一定要订二楼的房间。否则，你可能会半夜被头顶上类似角马跺脚的声音吵醒。因为楼层之间的隔音效果很差。这家酒店没有餐厅或酒吧！！！只有一家早餐餐厅。所以如果你想吃点东西或喝点东西，1分钟路程外就有一家酒吧。这家酒店似乎只有一位夜班经理，他懒得告诉你入住期间可能需要的任何信息。所以总的来说，体验不太好。这附近有很多Premier Inn酒店，如果我是你，我可能会选择其中一家。
家庭房面积太小，无法供暖，所以我们在骑士期间被冻住了，因为空调供暖是中央控制的，早餐是亮点，没有什么不好的，房间是标准双人间，床挤在一起，使它成为一个家庭房，这让它变得非常狭窄
