Unfortunately neither USB socket worked either side of the bed and there are no sockets at the side of the bed, only across the room on the desk. Hairdryer blew out hardly any hot air and I kept waking up from the road noise. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

A very well run and friendly Premier Inn in a good location. Breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly and professional.

We received a warm welcome on arrival with helpful staff on reception and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Where this Hotel is located we found convenient for central Leicester access and the National Space Centre. We added the breakfast to our stay and found it fresh each day and while it was busy the staff were attentive and ensured tables were cleared and cleaned promptly while the food was kept stocked.

We stayed here while visiting the National Space Centre which is nearby. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The family room was huge - much bigger than others we have stayed in. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to get extra towels etc easily. There is plenty of free parking. There is a Greene King pub on the same site which is handy for evening meals. We even had a welcome note with sweets which was a nice touch. Breakfast was plentiful and the poached eggs cooked to order were perfect. A particular mention to the reception staff who also helped to send back some lost property we accidentally left.

What a conveniently placed hotel with friendly staff. But the ‘shining star’ is Yazid the breakfast chef who prepares the food freshly & it is expertly cooked. It makes such a refreshing change to have hot fresh food in a chain hotel from a chef who so obviously cares about the food he cooks & guest satisfaction. Alongside him the breakfast hostess Demi is very helpful and these 2 make a formidable team 🤩 Thank you Yazid & Demi you are a credit to Premier Inn.

这些年来，我住过很多顶级酒店，总觉得它们温馨舒适，适合偶尔住上一晚。而且床也很舒服，物有所值。可惜的是，这次这家阴冷破败的酒店，与我之前的体验大相径庭。酒店旁边就是一个大墓地！！醒来后看到的景色也不太好，哈哈。房间需要重新粉刷一下，重新装修一下。我们的房间简直是波罗的海风，开空调暖气声音太大，根本没法睡。还好床很舒服，这确实提高了整体评分，但除此之外，房间实在太差了。如果你一定要住这里，一定要订二楼的房间。否则，你可能会半夜被头顶上类似角马跺脚的声音吵醒。因为楼层之间的隔音效果很差。这家酒店没有餐厅或酒吧！！！只有一家早餐餐厅。所以如果你想吃点东西或喝点东西，1分钟路程外就有一家酒吧。这家酒店似乎只有一位夜班经理，他懒得告诉你入住期间可能需要的任何信息。所以总的来说，体验不太好。这附近有很多Premier Inn酒店，如果我是你，我可能会选择其中一家。
家庭房面积太小，无法供暖，所以我们在骑士期间被冻住了，因为空调供暖是中央控制的，早餐是亮点，没有什么不好的，房间是标准双人间，床挤在一起，使它成为一个家庭房，这让它变得非常狭窄
