I stayed with my son. As always, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On the first night, we had a problem with the remote control. A member of staff came up to our room straightaway to fix it. As an extra treat, we found someone had left a bottle of Prosecco in our room for the new year which was much appreciated.

Great location. Was easy to get to from the M1 and close to my family, who I was visiting. Lovely, quiet location, and very respectful, helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and all the facilities and linen were in very good condition and working order. Had two great nights sleep.

Have been using this hotel on a weekly basis for the best part of 18 months now for my job where I travel the length and breadth of the country and I can honestly say that this is 100% the nicest premier inn ive stayed in. Location is good, rooms are fresh and clean and staff are always on hand to help with any questions. In fact if I could give 11 out of 10 for staff I would!!!

过去 6 年，我们每年都会来这里住一次，参加一年一度的活动，很高兴看到酒店终于进行了翻新。我们住在一间高级客房，非常舒适，符合预期标准，唯一的缺点是电视上没有免费观看频道，观看选项非常有限。只有高级客房才有空调。经检查，接待人员很棒，非常友好和亲切。我们预订了在入住 2 晚的周六去吃早餐，早餐在隔壁的酒吧，并在房间里做广告。这是唯一让酒店失望的地方，我给不了它 5/5 分。早餐应该在早上 8 点开始，我们去了酒吧，发现酒吧锁上了，一片漆黑，问了酒店前台，前台似乎不感兴趣。大约 5 分钟后开门，但什么都没有准备好，工作人员没有回应，甚至连招呼都没有。茶和咖啡是自己泡的，只是一袋袋咖啡和一壶热水。决定不去那里而是去别处吃早餐。
