This was the night of storm CHANDRA and the weather was awful! Arrived at reception as I needed assistance, KATIE was on duty. She was wonderful to say the least! he room was on the first floor and was absolutely immaculate in comfort and cleanliness... the best Premier Inn I have stayed in! I prepaid for the breakfast at 10.99 I think and no particular rush was put on myself and so hit the restaurant around 10am...... The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel of any description and I passed on my compliments to the chef. The ladies present took my order and brought me coofee and toast....... Everyone there was exceptiona and a real credit to themselves

Pervasive noise from the air conditioning unit (not the one in the room). This is an issue known to the hotel management. It affects room 220 and 10 others… If you do not inconvenience yourself further by complaining to reception during the night Premier Inn will not honour their guaranteed good nights policy and offer a refund.

3 night stay. Room was clean and comfortable although a little tired. Staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. Downsides was the room was quite noisy all night as the aircon/venting units are right above the rooms and caused a disturbed sleep. Also the shower is over the bath and are quite deep and tricky for older quests to use safely. Lenny Henry wouldn't have got a good night's sleep in our room.

Really like this Premier Inn. Location is perfect fro seeing my family near Newquay. The rooms as ever are very comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom sealant and fittings were not in a good state and it was a little grubby. We took the meal deal (Dinner & Breakfast) and the evening meal was good, but a poor choice on the beer side and having to pay extra for a decent pint. At breakfast, the choice is okay, but the poached eggd were not runny and the bacon was obviously warmed up, maybe even from the day before. It was rubbery and did not taste too good. The Toaster was not working properly and browned one side of the bread only. To be honest, it should be better!

The hotel is well situated to get into Newquay and the surrounding areas, it has a good sized car park, th staff were really good, the rooms are clean and tidy, however they could do with an update as looking a bit tired, on the whole it is a good place location wise and dealt with what we required at the time. thank you to the staff.

Great location. Great Staff. As with any Premier Inn the rooms are the same the bathroom is the same. If you have stayed in one you know what to expect. For the price you pay they great value. Breakfast is wonderful a full freshly cooked English. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room , if you need more just ask at reception. I just wish if you have an older teenager you could still get a family room.

On Sunday 12th October I booked in and put my car number plate into the system.I have today received a parking fine from Horizon stating the time of 0801 Monday 13th, which was not my time of arrivsl but time of leaving as had an 08.30 appointment. Horizon are obviously a dubious company who try to make money from customers staying at this hotel. As many may leave later han 0801. beware. Obviously I cannot get any response from the hotel as their trlephone number is incorrect nor can get a copy of my booking to show Horizon I was a guest at the hotel. Given I have retuned from another visit and was going o make another booking I will have to think about staying there again.

An accessible hotel with a lift, good comfortable room, great staff both in reception and in the restaurant/bar. The food and service of a high quality and well worth the meal deal. Low bath means many can access the shower, but if elderly you do need to take care. Near a roundabout and some traffic at night but nothing to disturb the quality of your sleep. Certainly would make it my base for a break in Cornwall as easy access to the Eden Project, Cornish North Coast and A30 to St Ives and Penzance and a day trip to the Scilly Isles.

Such good value for money. Clean and spacious rooms convenient for the airport. Excellent breakfast really reasonably priced and as much as you can eat continental and traditional English cooked to order. Free parking and polite staff.
