Very accomodating and as expected. It was a bit cold and a heater was provided in addition so all asks were met. Booking food reservations and parking for guests were managed well. Although there was a planned power cut we were well informed and prepared. The Ridgeacre got to know our requests and staff were good. All in all it was a home away from home for 5 nights.

the hotel experience here was BAD !! We booked a family room (2 adults, 2 children). When we arrived we were greeted with a room with a kingsize bed, and 2 single beds but the single beds had been so tightly packed in together there was no clear walking space around any of the beds. When we complained to the hotel reception, they said we had to speak with customer relations. We called them who told us to make a complaint online - this clearly DID NOT help our situation. They were not full up but would not give us a second bedroom unless we paid for it. I've now complained to customer relations and they've sympathised & said they'd pass our comments onto management. Nothing more, no refund, no sorry saying t&c's on their website state room configurations shown on their website vary and the room was "fit for purpose" (it most certainly was not!)

Stopped here when working away staff were very kind and the room was spotless would 100% stop here again has to be one of the best rooms I have stopped in,faultless👌

Stayed here whilst visiting family, room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was immaculate and exactly how I’d expect to find a hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the cleanliness gets better and better each time

绝对令人震惊 肯定有 30 个座位可用，但他们无法容纳 1 个人用餐 如果你无法覆盖他们，就没有 79 个座位 简单 当我指出至少有 30 个座位未坐满时，我被告知他们正在为早餐做准备 😩😩 住在酒店，但并不在意 酒吧的服务太慢了，我可以步行 120 英里回家，仍然可以更快地得到服务 我一直住在 Premier Inn 出差，但永远不会再回到这家酒店 酒店很好，员工真的很棒 酒吧可能是我去过的最糟糕的酒吧之一 整理好自己并尊重酒店的顾客 绝对令人震惊 最后点了外卖
房间还行，真希望睡前能看看床垫！早上为了帮客房服务人员把床垫拆了，结果发现床垫套脏得令人作呕。上面有好几处黄色污渍，肯定在床上放了好几个星期了，真不舒服。
房间和浴室很脏，走廊里没有地毯，你会以为他们会把痕迹拿走，但他们没有，所以我的孩子因此受伤，接待员非常粗鲁和直率，并不真正关心房间有多干净
