Stayed once more at the Premier Inn Harwich and I was not disappointed. Ideally located close to my place of work, it is also a short drive into town. In the evenings the hotel is quiet. The rooms are of a decent size, matrasses are firm and comfortable. The rooms are good value and the ample free parking is a bonus. The best feature of this hotel is the staff. Amanda, Sue and the front of house team always greet you with a smile. Requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms and public areas are always clean. Thank you again all for another great stay

When we went we met Amanda and James who were really helpful and polite. Really happy with their service. We going to stay again.
