Staff friendly, breakfast room and staff wonderful, only issue was with the bedroom heat as was not informed room heaters not working and had to rely on plug in oil heater that took ages to heat room. Room was quiet and clean otherwise

As we were attending a family event nearby, I had to call to check on parking and checking in and the person I spoke to was reassuring, friendly and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and it felf that nothing was too much to ask. The room was clean, quiet and comfy and I slept so well! The breakfast was excellent value for money and delicious!

A very comfortable room, helpful friendly staff. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast in the breakfast room. I was unsure as I'd eaten in a different one and felt clostrophobic. Not here. The member of staff on duty was exceptional. Very nice breakfast, plenty of choice. We use this as a stop over when going north. We will definitely go again.

An older Premier Inn but perfectly acceptable. The accessible room we booked was in an adjacent building but I received a phone call on the morning of our stay advising me how best to check in and then access the room. There is a distinct shortage of Blue Badge spots there despite a very large car park and no marked blue badge spot in the carpark you are told to use to be close to your room. Their breakfast was fresh and adequate although the continental felt a little expensive for what it was. Staff good and welcoming.

We had an overnight stay here to break up our journey home and it was a great place to stay! Our room was clean, warm and although we faced a very busy road the traffic noise was minimal and did not disturb us. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, all freshly cooked and lots of choice for the Continental breakfast as well. Anna who was on duty in the restaurant was lovely, friendly and explained where everything we could possibly need was. All in all a very good stay. Thank you!

没有电梯！！！！！一进门的电梯特别脏。给了我尾房，很想骂人。我还住了两天。有大行李的不建议入住。前台感觉是东欧人……说话嘟噜嘟噜的
