Clean, spacious family room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good with a great selection and staff were very nice also.

Stayed here last weekend , staff went above and beyond . The breakfast chef was simply brilliant asking everyone how their stay was , took the time to talk to everyone, whilst feeding us

Good , clean , well-placed & good value Premier Inn with lots of free parking , conveniently located to central Northampton.. Rooms nice , clean & spacious - windows can be opened as opposed to most Prem. Inns sealed ones.. Slightly confusing layout spread out with adjoining pub {which is not the onsite breakfast area} but very friendly staff overall - just the young overnight reception shift workers could benefit with a 'Customer Service' refresher course as did not receive the most friendly welcoming service @ 1.30 / 2.00 a.m.

Visited in Feb with family. Disappointed as we have not stayed in such a old premier inn before. Tired room, no air-conditioning, heating was on the blink. Mould around windows. Room had been cleaned but was damp smelling, bathroom clean and fresh towels. Needs updating ...not just a purple chair! Very travelogue;-( Good breakfast.

Its our second time staying here first time for a family wedding now part of our annual family trip to England. Perfect location nice and clean the cleaning ladies are lovely always checking if we need anything even if we didn't need the clean. Theres a breakfast room and also a pub connected what does all day food

Staff friendly, breakfast room and staff wonderful, only issue was with the bedroom heat as was not informed room heaters not working and had to rely on plug in oil heater that took ages to heat room. Room was quiet and clean otherwise

As we were attending a family event nearby, I had to call to check on parking and checking in and the person I spoke to was reassuring, friendly and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and it felf that nothing was too much to ask. The room was clean, quiet and comfy and I slept so well! The breakfast was excellent value for money and delicious!

A very comfortable room, helpful friendly staff. We enjoyed a cooked breakfast in the breakfast room. I was unsure as I'd eaten in a different one and felt clostrophobic. Not here. The member of staff on duty was exceptional. Very nice breakfast, plenty of choice. We use this as a stop over when going north. We will definitely go again.
没有电梯！！！！！一进门的电梯特别脏。给了我尾房，很想骂人。我还住了两天。有大行李的不建议入住。前台感觉是东欧人……说话嘟噜嘟噜的
