我们在WSM住了一晚，因为当天早些时候去拜访了朋友，所以一直期待着。然而，由于酒店未能告知客人一些重要信息，我们对酒店的任何好印象都荡然无存。接待团队对当晚发生的事情完全缺乏沟通，也缺乏关注。虽然接待员在我们抵达时表现得还算友好，但他没有告知我们当晚道路封闭的情况。而且，也没有张贴任何告示告知客人这一重要信息。因此，当晚我们去WSM吃晚饭时，他又一次没有告知我们/客人当晚通往酒店的主干道（实际上也是唯一的道路）Herluin Way（M5高速公路的双车道和主干道）和Hutton Moor Road都封闭了。结果，我们花了1小时20分钟才回到酒店。在绕了一圈之后，我停在 Tesco Express 问路，然后在 22:51 在 Aldi 停车场停下来给酒店打电话，询问由于道路封闭如何返回酒店。实际上，只需要在接待处张贴一张通知，或者让接待团队告知客人当晚发生的事情即可。这让客人在度过了一个愉快的夜晚后，在试图返回酒店时感到压力和焦虑。这给人留下了非常不愉快的印象。回来后，我和夜班接待员 Alex 谈过了，他告诉我们，我们至少是当晚接到第三个电话的人。他说管理层没有人告诉他们张贴通知，并质问接待团队为什么在我们出去之前没有通知我们。坦率地说，这远远不够。我对 Premier Inn 的回应感到非常失望、恼火和沮丧。这完全毁了我们的夜晚和住宿，就因为工作人员懒得告诉我们基本信息。远远不够。第二天早上退房时，仍然没有关于当晚道路封闭的通知/信息。为什么？难道Premier Inn 就喜欢给顾客制造压力和焦虑吗？这只能说明他们根本不在乎顾客。那天早上我问起通知的事，前台的那位年轻女士明显不感兴趣。真是太糟糕了，以后再也不会预订 Premier Inn 了。
Stayed here on a business trip and Mike & Dimitri were fantastic throughout the stay. From a warm welcome to support with checking in and WiFi. Hotel is in a great location and has a warm feel, highly recommend.

Arrived early evening. Spacious carpark once found, found the signage was the best. Checked in with no issues and went straight to room. Room was ok. Bathroom a little tired and moldy around the bath. My room was facing the main road, which meant I heard cars through out the night so never had the best of sleeps., Didn’t visit the beefeater for any food due to timings of meetings etc. The hotel served a purpose, a lot better premier inns in the portfolio of this hotel chain

Requested bd got a quiet room at the rear of the hotel. This is our third or fourth stay here and cannot fault it, especially with the Premier Inn meal deal. Viv on Reception was very helpful and friendly. Premier Inn rooms are always, clean and functional they have everything you need for a good stay. We will be back again..

Great convenuent location and clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. The service and the food in The Pavillion was excellent and we had a great time. The manager, Mike was really friendly and helpful and in all it made for a great place to meet up and spend time with family. Thank you.

房间闷热难受，根本睡不着。早上没法洗澡，因为里面太热，没法梳头。凌晨4点就出发了，因为我们实在受不了了。不推荐，没有空调
房间里热得让人不舒服，没有空调，只有一个风扇，几乎没有睡觉，毁了第二天的假期，不会再住在这里。

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Welcoming atmosphere. Overall really comfortable stay.
