Stayed here with the family. Great hotel, lovely staff can't do enough for you. Nice and clean spacious rooms would recommend this hotel for a family break.. Couldn't fault the breakfast either!

The staff here are so friendly always smiling and chatty. Even the housekeeping team in the corridors in the morning. The building is definitely in need of a refurb outside but the staff honestly make you forget that. Rooms clean and a bed to die for

Visited this hotel with friends, it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, usual premier inn standards. I would visit again.

Stayed here for a works do in December. Had a great time. Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helped me with the vending machine after a bit too much to drink. I will be returning.

We had already stayed 3 or 4 times there and as usual all my group (80 guys coming for the rugby week end)enjoyed that stay at P I M4 J 24 As it's difficult to find rooms for so many people we are very happy we have found this hotel very calm and comfortable not far from cardiff We are always very friendly welcome and the breakfast at the retaurant close to the hotel is a great moment for us during the stay The rooms are always very clean ,wide,silent and the staff used to meet us now very kind We hope we will still be able to stay there on the next few years It's very easy too to park our coach

Stayed here last night as a valentines treat. Had a lovely clean room. The receptionist was very friendly and even the cleaners asked me is everything was good this morning. Room was spotless. We will definitely return.

墙壁薄如纸，楼上的人一走动天花板就吱呀作响。凌晨两点火警响了，前台似乎手足无措。整晚都能听到关门声和主走廊里人们的说话声。坦白说，我几乎没睡着，以后再也不会住在这里了。
