Our first time here it was excellent ,reception we got a lovely welcome ,our room was very big everything was clean extra pillows on the unit if needed ,extra tea,coffee etc our in front reception just help yourself, it was out the way down a little lane ,there's a Beefeater just across the path with a lovely river which will be lovely in summer , we will definitely be back

Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Staff in the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The restaurant was a real let down, especially having used premier inns before. The service was awful and food poor. There was one member of staff working on both the breakfast and evening meal. This was not the fault of the staff working. They were clearly over worked due to only having only one member of staff serving the whole restaurant. The staff themselves were very pleasant and helpful. I definitely wouldn’t eat there again.

接待处的克莱尔很棒——没有什么麻烦事。我们到的时候，客房服务员正要“抽烟”，而且“得了重感冒”。真棒。房间不错，床很舒服。清洁度也不错。早餐。唉！我们到的时候没有人迎接我们，也不知道去哪儿。找到了“欧陆式早餐”区，但没有热食。我们不知道这是餐桌服务。酒店有两名工作人员：一名厨师，一名服务员，后来才有人出现。不过，我不得不说，服务非常周到。食物极其普通。素香肠看起来像是被车碾过的；水煮蛋黏糊糊的；我不得不在所有食物上都撒上黑胡椒才能尝到味道。我的天哪。下次我们再来的时候，会给房间买三明治。
酒店和我们的房间干净舒适。接待人员非常友好热情。停车位充足。早餐不像Premier Inn酒店那样随时供应，必须点热食。点餐等了好久才有人来，点的只是一些炒蛋和培根，等的时间更长，结果有点令人失望。第二天早上，我们选择了其他地方的早餐。那天晚上，餐厅无法满足我们一行人的需求，尽管我们已经预订了。我们几个留下来吃晚餐的人等了将近40分钟才有人点餐，然后等了一个多小时才吃到最简单的汉堡，味道太普通，烤过头了，又干又没味道。17英镑的价格真是令人失望！！绝对不值得等待和花钱……麦当劳会更好！
酒店干净友好，地理位置优越，非常适合我们的旅行。酒吧的食物不太好，早餐质量也不佳，而且有些菜品缺失。酒店只为客人提供餐饮服务，不对外开放。下次入住我不会预订餐饮。酒吧好像要关门了。
我们住了一晚。工作人员很友善，很有礼貌，乐于助人。房间很大，很干净，床也很舒服。Beefeater 酒店的早餐很超值，我强烈推荐这家 Premier Inn 酒店。
酒店本身干净舒适。床很舒服，淋浴也不错。总的来说，我们非常满意。入口处的车道坑坑洼洼，停车场周围散落着垃圾。这些小问题很快就能解决，我的评分就能提高。
一家很棒的酒店，拥有安静的街区和供应美味佳肴的餐厅。伦敦附近度假的绝佳选择。标准超出了我的预期，房间整洁干净。我强烈推荐它并且很乐意将来再回到那里。
