If you're looking for the normal premier inn experience, avoid this hotel. It's the most dated one I've stayed in and very dirty. I've had some great experiences recently staying at Premier inns across the country both personally and with work. I feel this hotel really falls short of their normal standard. The heaters beep every time they turn on and woke me up multiple times in the night, a noisy fan heater was offered as an alternative which would have just been as bad which i declined. Premier refused to honour the good night's sleep guarantee as I declined the fan heater as a suitable alternative which I find extremely odd. There is also no breakfast at this hotel, and the adjacent pub doesn't serve breakfast until late.

The bathroom smelled the moment we opened the door and came in there was cobwebs all over the ceiling in the room and there was cobweb by the bed with a spider and a spider with its cobweb in the corner of the ceiling too…..I told at the reception to have the cobwebs cleaned she said she will get the room cleaned I came back in the evening cobwebs were still there and so were the spiders and the bathroom still smelled bad……we was only given one pillow each

Cosy room nice and spacious, reception staff make this hotel always checking if you need anything and that room is okay . Hotel needs a refurbishment but it always may go to hotel when working in the area . Good location for a2 and Dartford bridge .

It a VERY old style Premier Inn. Bed is comfy and room is clean but the hotel is in massive need of updating it’s like a Premier Inn from 20 years ago. Must say the staff are really helpful and it’s somewhere clean to put your head down. No meal deal/breakfast as no PI affiliated restaurant onsite. The pub across the way (The George) does do a good dinner if you don’t want to drive out anywhere. As doing bit of a tour for business and staying in various PI’s along the way it is very noticeable how behind this one is BUT for great customer service and cleanliness (for tired rooms) it’s good

Great room loved how family room had 2 separate single beds for the kids. Would recommend. Great location, very clean and staff were very friendly. Big size room so we weren’t all on top of each other. Everything was ready for us and the room had everything we needed

Booked for one night for a wedding. The man on check in was nice, the room was comfortable but needed work, plug socket hanging out the wall, wear and tear in the bathroom. And oddly when I checked in I had to sign my nationality? I stay in 2-3 different premiers a year round the country and have never had to do that before, the employee said he thought it was company policy but didn't really know why, very odd. It definitely needs an update and they don't serve breakfast but it was just a bed for the night for me luckily this time and not a full extended stay

Stayed at this premier inn to visit friends although it is old the rooms were clean and spacious , nice pub garden opposite and friendly staff at reception. Would stay again as easy access to a2 , and Bluewater shopping also nice and quiet as a small hotel

Stayed at the hotel as had a funeral the reception ladies where really helpful and had put us in the rooms we had requested so was quite also checked we where okay and rooms were quite enough , nice to stay somewhere small and where the customer service is personal.

Hotel room was boiling hot, fan provided was short cable and didn’t provide any breeze at all. Hotel is very run down, third bed was like sleeping on a brick floor. Online says a restaurant is there but there isn’t! Toilet roll too far away from toilet especially for children

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights , it needs a refurbishment but was clean staff were really accommodating and looked after us really well will definitely return lovely large room although was hot but had a fan and window open which helped a little.
