We arrived hours early at Pontypool premier inn to check in after a long hike in the early morning. We were immediately welcomed by the lovely reception team. Who had no issues with our early arrival. All the staff were friendly and helpful ensuring our stay was off to a great start. Our room was clean, warm and comfy just what we needed. It was Great value and the team made it a great place to stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way for us! That is reception, housekeeping, maintenance ( if I know their names I would name them) We walked over to the harvester for dinner where we had some lovely food and great service too. After a well needed sleep we went for in-house breakfast which was fabulous! The chef was took our orders and cooked everything fresh to order. We fantastic poached eggs. He was so accommodating along with all the other staff. To conclude this is the best premier inn we’ve stayed on for friendliness and service (we have stayed in several all over the uk) Thank you again everyone. The Davies’ (room 104)

Spent the weekend with family and as usual, greeted by great staff. A big thanks to Sue, who should be the face of your company. She shows just how to do customer service, always polite and with a smile. Even stepping up to cook the breakfasts when the chef was off.

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Pontypool and we very much enjoyed our stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The chef and server, Stephen, was particularly memorable and our breakfast was delicious. (The nicest breakfast we have had in ages.) Exceptional value for money and we will definitely stay here again.
