We arrived, given the keys, went up to the room, the room smelt, was dirty, was dark wood furniture it needed a revamp, there was no walk in shower very dated, just awful, take my advice don't bother booking

A wonderfully relaxing post Xmas stay. The area is ideal, being within easy reach of so many amenities. Everything was perfect, the nice clean room, quiet and warm (being an icy January this was most appreciated), the food and the very friendly staff all made for a very enjoyable stay. We shall definitely return. Thank you all but particular thanks to the lovely Lola who went out of her way to sort out the return of an item we left. Thanks a million 😊

We loved the location and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was very good food nextdoor was lovely. We stayed 24th December until 27th we loved it that much we have booked for next Christmas.

Me and my husband stay in Premier Inns wherever we go as we love the consistency through across the different hotels, this one was no different with very attentive staff in all departments and a nice big car park, just a short walk from Heswall Town. The building is on the older so could do with some money being spent on it but a great stay none the less.

Just received Parking Ticket for parking as a guest at this hotel. That in of itself is annoying but arguably not enough to warrant a 1* rating. However good luck trying to speak to an actual human being to get it resolved. I tried calling the hotel direct, it put me through to some Premier Inn call centre, then I had multiple interactions with a robot before they finally decided it was easier to put me through to the hotel reception. And guess what? They didn't pick up!

Our stay was really lovely. Beds comfortable, room nice clean and comfortable 🎀 We had a meal in the restaurant, they made a mistake with the order staff couldn't be more apologetic. Even gave us a round of drinks to say sorry. Food was lovely.

Very welcoming, friendly and efficient receptionists. Room was spotless, very comfortable and perfect for our stay. The attached restaurant was also excellent with a good, very reasonably priced menu. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Great welcome, great food - perfect ☺ Room was very clean, and located around the back of the hotel, so even quieter than expected! (Thanks Marie!) Atmosphere in the restaurant was great, and the staff at both the restaurant and hotel were very friendly and welcoming, as usual ☺ Excellent food and drink! 🍻 🥂

Advertised as "free" parking but requires registration at reception - and yet reception failed to ask or register my car for this "free" car parking i- cost me a £67.00 fine.
