We visited for a weekend as a family, the reception staff were friendly the bar staff were all lovely especially Chris who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with food and drinks. Meals were lovely and good value. The hot breakfast is served all hot rather than a buffet style helps yourself breakfast. The room itself could do with a good clean there was chocolate smudged on the window sill, rubbish under the bed, and the bathroom wasn't very clean.

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this premier inn. From check in, to the team cleaning the rooms to check out. All staff were brilliant and very attentive. We would definitely recommend!

Came down for an operation in the spire Murray field. Very nerve wracking as I was on my own but once I got there I felt completely at ease, the team were so welcoming and informative about taxi numbers and assured me someone would be at the desk 24/7 if I needed anything. Really great customer service and made a bad trip a little bit better 👍🏼

Reception not very helpful. Bedroom carpets worn away. Restaurant next door was awful. Slow service, food was poor and toilets were disgusting. Worst premier inn we have stayed in. I gave two stars as hotel was clean, needs updated.

We had a very good stay, we had travelled up as a family so had 6 rooms 15 in the party including 6 children. We were welcomed and looked after very well. The breakfast on the first day was very disappointing, I would say almost not edible. However on the following morning it was much better and everyone enjoyed it.

We spent 3 nights here. The rooms were well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Chris at the bar who is very kind and really does his best to make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was amazing. All in all it is excellent value for money . I would definitely stay there again.

Visiting family in Heswall so decided to stay here. Location was perfect and plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. I was worried as the hotel is located by a main road but there was no noise problems at all and the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were brilliant and super helpful. I have already booked another room for the summer. Thanks everyone. 👍👍

Always know there will be a comfy bed and clean shower. And there was. Perfect stopover for a damiky funeral. Good breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Only one criticism, there was a rip in the quilt cover but it was clean. Obviously slipped through the net!
