Recently stayed for 3 nights in an accessible premier plus room, which has recently been done up, would not look out of place in a 4 star hotel. Wet room very good, 2 nice comfy chairs in the room, used a small electric radiator rather than the normal blown air heating, and worked very well, room equipped with fridge and coffee maker. Only drawback was the bed was soft and uncomfortable. Will return again to visit family especially if a good price like this stay 😀

We have visited this Premier before so we know the area and all it has to offer. Chose a plus room this time which was very good.Nice little fridge for the beers and bottled water included. Only problem was the bath/shower which I found very awkward and not user friendly. All in all a good stay and very polite helpful staff. Just a note they now have parking cameras so make sure you enter your reg number in reception.

Have just stayed for one night at Premier Inn Portishead. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we stepped out - the staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. Very good value.

Absolutely terrible. Never again. Bathroom smelt of urine Carpet fitters woke me up The restaurant is extremely poor. Stained seats, sticky carpet, sticky tables, poor service, bad food. THE worst Brewers Fayre I have ever been in

Only stayed for 1 night but had a great nights sleep before our early flight. Room spotlessly clean and bed really comfy!

it was in an ideal location for us to stay near a friends house, the hotel was the cleanest one we have stayed in so far, you could smell fresh paint, the room was very clean and tidy, bed as expected super comfy and the shower was hot and clean. the breakfast was freshly filled when we went in and was very tasty. i highly recommend portishead for the friendly staff and well presented room

Excellent Premier Plus rooms, excellent breakfast and the hotel manager, Angellica, is a credit to the hotel. The fridge in the room was a welcome upgrade and we felt the Premier Plus rooms were well worth the extra payment.
