There are not many places I stay where the reception staff really make the hotel, but the attitude and how friendly the staff are here definitely makes a difference to this premier inn. Well done to whoever recruited the reception staff because they are outstanding.

A smaller premier inn near MK town centre. It's a little older hotel, so the decor is a little tired but the hotel is comfy & the staff are very welcoming. The xscape centre is across the road & the town centre/theatre just over 10min walk. Good value as we took advantage of a free breakfast offer to eat at the beefeater next door.

amazing stay as always raj is a very special guy so welcoming polite warm and helpful we love him also the beafeater next amazing its now our favourite hotel and restaurant

Christmas with the Barn Staff Mila Aga Esther and Michelle the restaurant Manager who was was on a well deserved holiday but the New General Manager had an amazing team in the restaurant that day was another amazing Christmas dinner and 4 nights relaxing at the premiere inn with not a care in the world was just what my husband and I needed

Fantastic location, lovely and clean, really comfy mattress and great bedding. Great night’s sleep. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful - thank you for a fab stay.

需要改造我的房间，因为没有空调，让我的住宿难以忍受。500 英镑对于我来说是一大笔钱，但却是我有史以来最不舒服的住宿，而且我每周至少出门一次，所以不要觉得我没有必要挑剔
风扇很旧 房间不干净，床上方有蜘蛛网 床上有蜘蛛 WiFi 信号不好 淋浴刚用几秒钟就变冷
