Hotel was nice and quiet even though it was a busy weekend with the Scotland /Wales rugby on in Wales. Food was excellent and great service. Rooms were nice and clean and had a good night's sleep bed comfy. Easy to get to off the motorway. Everyone was very friendly.. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Once again stayed here for work and the service was amazing checked in by Rob last time I stayed I checked in by him he’s always lively and does the job perfectly no messing and and Ruth in the morning what a wonderful person so helpful

Amazing service first time me and the family stayed and definitely coming again Claire I think her name was Rob and also Ruth are the faces of that place cracking bunch and kids loved the chocolates thank you

We recently stayed at Premier Inn for a weekend getaway and overall had a lovely experience. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very presentable when we arrived. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, which made settling in easy. A nice little touch was the chocolate waiting for us on arrival — such a simple gesture, but it really made us feel welcome. There were a couple of downsides, though. The WiFi was unfortunately quite poor during our stay, which was frustrating at times. It would also be great if the rooms had a small cooler or mini fridge to keep drinks cold, especially for longer stays or warm weekends. Sometimes the rooms can feel a little on the pricey side, but overall we had a really nice weekend and enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements, it would be even better!

Great location for travelling along the South Wales coast in either direction. Lovely welcome from the reception desk. Ruth Fletcher - very helpful and informative.

Every time i stay it just gets better every time the staff in there that i have met are very respectful i normally check in late due to work and when Rob is on there is nothing that is ever a issue one of the nicest people about and the girls in the mornings are always helpful

Rooms were great apart from heating in room 9 but the staff we met Claire, Rob and Sharon was amazing

Beefeater is amazing great staff and friendly locals. The Amex (newer build) is nice but you cannot open the windows, it is really uncomfortable with fresh air. There is air con apparently but I couldn't get it to go below 19c. Down side was there are homeless people staying there, in the older part of the site. As we were leaving a gentleman was necking his can of Coors before going back in with his bag of cans... I'm not sure we will stay there again...
