Every member of staff in the restaurant and hotel were so friendly and couldn't of helped more The food was very tasty would definitely go again

This Premier Inn is only 10-15 minutes by car from Portsmouth Harbour, which is why we chose it as we had an early morning ferry home the following day. Our double room was cosy, and clean but noisy, the traffic noises were rather loud at night. We had booked the meal deals and used the restaurant. Nothing exciting to report there.

Been staying here for business past few weeks Emma and the team go above and beyond best customer service I've ever had nothing is too much trouble. nice clean and spacious rooms highly recommend

Rooms clean, comfy beds, lovely staff restaurant food good and Emma and the team were so helpful and welcoming. They even got us chocolate and a card as they knew we had a funeral. They really went the extra mile. Thankyou so much.

Hotel is fine, but the icing on the cake was the fantastic service from Sam in the restaurant, working alone (apart from the chef), on a very busy evening. Despite the challenge she was chirpy and nothing was too much trouble. Top notch service 🙌

Clicked on the link for the directions in the email. They took me to the wrong premierr inn. I would forgive it, but the next morning, we waited an hour for breakfast, they promised they would refund it, never did, and now they are calling me a liar and refusing to send me my money back. Shop small - Stay away from robotic, hearltess corporations like this.

Very handy for us as going to a football match. Hotel great, good nights sleep, shower hot, staff lovely. The restaurant was very disappointing. Almost Empty but we still had to wait over 40mins. My dinner was cold when it came so had to go back ( more waiting) the couple in front of us also having problems. The waitress was very polite and did her best to appease but after a long drive it was very frustrating. We may have been unlucky but we won't be using it again.

Location handy, atmosphere bland, room good, value Ok, cleanliness excellent, service good, amenities well below acceptable - What you have done to the Rusty Cutter is so depressing, Saturday evening all the ambience of a morgue.
