Busy at the hotel but whole experience ruined by party of young footballers staying with families and running out of control along upper floor corridor for 6/7 hours continually back and for, making any chance of relaxing in room on ground floor impossible and no chance of an early night. Despite informing reception the response during the evening & next morning was "what can you do" and shrug of shoulders along with "nothing we could do". No room in lounge area and told by staff if you sit at restaurant table near bar, you'll have to buy a meal.

Excellent, clean hotel. Great value. I had a great, sound nights sleep and didn't hear a thing. The bathroom and shower were great - and the shower has a shower tray for soap etc - just a little detail but too many places like these. The breakfast was superb. We'd be very happy to stay again.

Room clean and comfortable, lack of hot water only issue, brewers fayre pub next door hit and miss,fish not cooked, steak awful, complaint not handled well either

Basic room as expected . Tired decor . Clean apart from a few beard hairs left around sink area . We slept, we left . Reasonable rate for two people. Great if u need to visit the hospital . All staff were really friendly and easy check in and check out.

Excellent service I’ve turned up to another Premier inn without a charging lead ! I’ve swapped over to C type charging leads having a brand new van Unfortunately the rooms have USB outlets !! Rhys and Peter dug in 3 plastic containers before they got me the leads I needed . They could have said sorry , however they searched tirelessly till they got me what I needed . Thank you both from the boy of my heart . Perfect and did it with a smile x

It’s always a great stay at Premier North Swansea. Extremely comfortable beds and such a quiet hotel. The staff are always friendly and super helpful!

Very good for 2 nights. Nice staff. Room good but prices differ a lot on the 2 nights.the Sunday was reasonable but the Monday was much more expensive!!

酒店还不错，干净舒适，但千万别在餐厅吃饭。工作人员非常乐于助人，但不幸的是，他们没有受过培训，经验也不足，无法处理他们提供的垃圾食品，这些食品没有味道，也不值这个价，对于工作人员来说，对于我们把它还给客人的人来说，这太糟糕了，对于支付套餐费用的公司来说，最好去乐购买个三明治
