Good location, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Restaurant literally on site. Good price.

Excellent service I’ve turned up to another Premier inn without a charging lead ! I’ve swapped over to C type charging leads having a brand new van Unfortunately the rooms have USB outlets !! Rhys and Peter dug in 3 plastic containers before they got me the leads I needed . They could have said sorry , however they searched tirelessly till they got me what I needed . Thank you both from the boy of my heart . Perfect and did it with a smile x

It’s always a great stay at Premier North Swansea. Extremely comfortable beds and such a quiet hotel. The staff are always friendly and super helpful!

Very good for 2 nights. Nice staff. Room good but prices differ a lot on the 2 nights.the Sunday was reasonable but the Monday was much more expensive!!

A really enjoyable two night stay at this premier inn. All staff very helpful and friendly . Accommodation very comfortable and the "wet room shower/toilet" perfect. Plenty of parking spaces.....but make sure you enter your car registration to avoid a fine. Other shops/eateries close by and an enjoyable breakfast at the brewers fayre.

Brilliant location, easy to find. Very helpful staff and as we were celebrating a birthday they gifted some chocolate as a present. Breakfast hot, tasty and constantly replenished. Definitely be back

The staff were really great. The room was good The breakfast was awesome Negative is the WiFi. My boys are always on utube. Even that was sorted out when I talked to the staff
这可能是我们住过的最差的 Premier Inn 酒店，多个区域弥漫着烟味或蒸汽味，接待处人手不足，接待人员很少，我们不得不换房间。凌晨 5 点的火警警报显然是由某人的除臭剂触发的……但走廊里有蒸汽味，房间里的温度控制器不工作，房间里没有毛巾
酒店还不错，干净舒适，但千万别在餐厅吃饭。工作人员非常乐于助人，但不幸的是，他们没有受过培训，经验也不足，无法处理他们提供的垃圾食品，这些食品没有味道，也不值这个价，对于工作人员来说，对于我们把它还给客人的人来说，这太糟糕了，对于支付套餐费用的公司来说，最好去乐购买个三明治
