Down for a brief Business trip and stayed at this little hotel, the staff were all really lovely and looked after all the guests well. It was having a refurbishment at the time and I had a newly refurbished room, which was really nice! super cute purple chairs in the rooms! I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant was cute (although I hear a refurb is on the cards in there too).

Lovely large room, good sized car park. Room clean but smelt of cigarette smoke and the TV didn't work (no signal). Food options in restaurant were limited and over priced for what we received.

I had the pleasure of being the first guest in the newly refurbished rooms. I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and the new rooms are absolutely beautiful! As always, the staff are very attentive, which, in all honesty is what keeps me coming back to this hotel time and time again.

Checked into the hotel while working in the area. The free car parking was great as were the hotel staff who made you feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. They definitely went above and beyond from checking in, making sure everything was ok with my stay to having a lovely experience in the pub restaurant next door. A special mention must go to Shiela working in the restaurant, Lucy the hotel manager and Mel on reception who made the whole experience so pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel because we were visiting Lapland UK and wanted an overnight stay that was convenient. In terms of location, it’s perfect. Accommodation was very clean and the family room was big enough for our family of four. The food in the adjoining restaurant was excellent value. We had evening meals and breakfast and there’s deals which make it great value as well. Biggest point though is how friendly and helpful all the team here are…the receptionists were lovely and the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming…. All in all, it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Good, clean friendly Premier Inn. Good position, easy parking and check in, even st 2am. Would recommend and re book. Well done staff.

This was an enquiry, before booking. Lucy made a really stressful situation into a comforting relaxing experience. She listened to my concerns, showed complete empathy and was able to assist with no hassle. I wish all managers had these skills. She is one in a million!!! 👌

Disgusted! £240 for a 2 night stay! If I had a van I would have slept in it! Room and bathroom outdated and smelly! Shower looked and smelled urine stained! Restaurant Ha! Again a cook who can’t poach an egg! More Brittania than Premier! A race to the the bottom! Close it
