We regularly visit the area and have tried several other establishments including other local hotels and pubs with rooms etc. This time we stayed at Premier Inn Ferndown and I think this is where we will book from now on. Lovely room, very comfy bed, Smugglers Haunt right next door if you fancy a meal or a drink and then over there for breakfast. What a super breakfast! Cooked to order, plus the usual continental buffet with great selection. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great. The greeting when we arrived was immense. So friendly and helpful - chatty informative and generally made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable, no issues there. If you needed more tea/coffee etc these were in reception. Had an issue where not enough towels, reception resolved immediately which was respected. Beefeater next door so good for breakfast in the morning. Order to table so slightly different to the usual buffet but still ok.

The stay was lovely. The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming and I will absolutely stay again and will definitely be recommending to others that I know.

Fantastic couple of nights in Ferndown despite the weather. Liam went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable as there was an issue with the heating in the first room we we booked in so he moved us to a lovely room and gave us complimentary breakfast and upgraded our WiFi. Lovely staff and a great base for exploring Bournemouth.

Great value for money. Room was very spacious & bed so comfy. Great location to Bournemouth Airport for an early flight. Beefeater next door is very handy for something to eat & food very good.

As usual excellent rooms and service. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a restricted access room as well as a normal access room, both were comfortable and very clean

Great stay, staff were welcoming, room was nice and cosy, big TV, comfy bed. Parking was easy. We are somewhere different, however restaurant is next to the hotel. Will definitely stay again. Great value for money

We arrived at the premier inn Ferndown to a wonderful cheerful and friendly welcome from Liam who was on duty and could not have been more helpful . The room was clean and functional for the night with a nice on suite bathroom, and drink making facilities in the room and vending machine in corridor. This premier inn is well placed near to supermarkets and A31. This was a good value for money room and would recommend.

The location is excellently placed for bournemouth airport. We always use it when we fly from bournemouth airport. The staff are always helpful and has great atmosphere with clean rooms at good value
