Polegate Premier Inn Eastbourne. The staff were friendly and helpful in a somewhat unusual situation. As there is a massive building upgrade going on now and when we stayed. No proper food restaurant, nor bar facilities. The minimal efforts made did not really fill the gap for the loss of service to the hotel residents during our stay, so other external venues were frequented by my wife and I. Our checkout was straight forward. Pack cases check room for personal items and drop electronic key at the reception desk. Other than this excitement our stay was pretty average as usual for Premier Inn. Bit lack-lustre and ordinary satisfactory bed, heating and quiet.

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn Polegate. The staff really made our stay perfect, without exception they were friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. The bed as always was comfy and breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to staying again - the best Premier Inn we have stayed in 😃

The postcode given was not where the satnav lead me to. Very confusing in unfamiliar surroundings in the dark and rush hour traffic. Eventually located after stopping for directions. Despite having requested an accessible room on the website, on booking in, I was told my room was on the first floor. No lift. And my room turned out to be the very last one at the furthest end of the building. On entering, the smell of damp coming from the bathroom was very obvious. Not at all what I expected from this hotel chain.

Stayed here whilst attending my sister's funeral, along with family. The staff were friendly and polite. Outside of hotel looks tired in places. Chef was excellent, friendly and cooked to order. How on earth do you turn the purple light off at night, though???

There’s a new block being built and I assume once open the other block will get a face lift , it’s a bit tired looking but the usual standard of room and it was nice and clean Staff we met gave little conversation Restaurant evening menu was minimal and uninspiring so we went into Polegate and can recommend the Harvester Be careful where you park if it’s heavy rain - we woke to see that the car park had flooded , thankfully we had parked just in front of it so we were saved from having to wade through inches of water like some people had too

As with many Premier Inn hotels this one was exactly up to standard. Previous reviews said it was tired but despite the building of the new hotel block we were not interrupted. The hotel absolutely fine. The bedroom was comfortable without anything wrong within it. A typical Premier Inn night with a comfortable bed nice slept well. The breakfast in the restaurant booked in as the continental it was absolutely up with everything else. Helpful, cheerful staff and we could not fault it in anyway..
这是一家非常简陋的Premier Inn酒店。我们之前住过一次，感觉还不错，但这次的浴室脏得不行，角落里的地板上满是厚厚的灰尘、污垢和毛发。显然很久没打扫过了。洗手液的分配器也生锈了。我们刚到的时候房间很冷，不过前台人员服务很好，几分钟内就给我们拿来了暖气。我们遇到的员工都挺好的，但糟糕的清洁状况实在让人很不舒服。
酒店简洁高效。干净整洁，但需要一些细心呵护。虽然酒店正在进行翻修，但上午10点至下午6点之间不会造成太大影响。工作人员很友好，但奇怪的是，他们坚持要求客人提前预订晚餐，而且酒店人不多。我房间里的皂液器生锈了，这很奇怪。不过房间足够大，也相当舒适。
接待人员很友好，房间非常干净。房间如果能装空调就更好了，不过房间里提供了一个风扇，足够用了。早餐很棒，工作人员也很友好。
我们住在这家酒店，离白崖和布莱顿都很近。标准的Premier Inn酒店，房间干净，员工友好，停车方便。我们住在这里，并在街对面的餐厅吃了晚餐和早餐，所以很方便。推荐。
