Smelly, noisy room. The room smelt awful, very damp. AC/heater unit so noisy I was unable to sleep and this is no exaggeration. It stopped making the noise at 6am, by this point I got up. Nobody around to highlight issues. they will not refund on the Good Night Guarantee either as apparently I did not report the issues at the time. Avoid this hotel. Noisy, smelly and very run down. The only positive is the Harvester next door.

Great premier to stay. Easy access to many attractions in and around Swindon Lovely big standard room. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful Nice pub next door for breakfast and meals. Only downside is the bar closes at 22.00pm which considering we were staying next door seems a trite silly. They could make a fortune on a Friday and Saturday night as hotel very busy. Saturday morning breakfast very good. Sunday morning very poor. On asking at 10.15 if fresh food was coming out was told no the kitchen has closed despite breakfast not ending until 11.00 A lot of people were complaining about this. five minutes later the buffet was suddenly replenished several times. My main complaint would be the breakfast choices have reduced since last visiting Premier Inn.

Lovely friendly reception staff when we arrived, good shower pressure and like always a great bed. Quiet location and free parking too. Handy location for the Amazon tour. Breakfast was nice but fried eggs were over cooked and leathery.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough,the staff are amazing,friendly and helpful,rooms are always clean and comfortable.Will definitely be staying again.

Hotel has had a makeover and its a vast improvement. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Excellent for the price. Would recommend

We were really happy with our short stay on Christmas Day - everything was smooth and easy. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Easy to find and park.

Have been before and Great stay again, here to visit family and good location for this, easy of the M4. Room basic but clean. Staff helpful and chatty. Did not go i to the Beefeater next door.

Had a lovely stay here. All the staff were great. The hotel is clean and fresh. Plenty of parking and easy access from the m4 motorway. The rooms are older but clean and fresh bonus they have windows thst open. Being so close to m4 we couldn't hear any traffic at all. Over all great stay and great value.
