Very poor, dining room and bar shut due to boiler issues. No heating in room as it was broken, no alternative rooms available. Eventually asked for a portable radiator. Little chance of sleep as the floors creak like the deck of an old fishing boat. The guest above us paced the room until after midnight and kept us awake. He got up at 5:30 a.m. so we we woken again when he was pacing the room for an hour. We had been given a complimentary breakfast but the gentleman dealing with us was complaining of being bored and was more interested in scrolling his phone than refilling the breakfast bar. On the plus side the receptionist tried her best and the room was clean. However, I might try one of the competitors next time.......

The Premier Inn Yeovil Airfield is a comfortable and yet affordable hotel with exceptionally friendly and efficient staff. The adjacent Airfield Tavern also has friendly staff and serves a very good dinner. The breakfast there is also good albeit with a limited range. All round my wife and I had an excellent two night stay. Thank you.

Room adequate check in was ok and reception was good meal deal was not good waiited over an hour for starters which was cold and Main meal barely warm breakfast was ok though but only us there so may be why it was ok other guests had cancelled their meal deal due to poor service at evening meal

We stay here at least once a year, and Nicki and the team are always amazing. It's more like a home from home than a chain hotel. They're friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plus, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is excellent. Can highly recommend. Thank you!

Hotel fine, comfy bed as expected at Premier Inn, reception staff cheerful and friendly and helpful. However the "restaurant" a seperate building called the Airfield Tavern, looks abandoned, appears on Google as "permanently closed" but is in fact "open for guests. Opens at 5:30pm but at 5:45 we could see some dim lighting but no one in sight, doors locked, back to reception, lady said, "they are open, just bang on the doors". We went back did this, lad came alog and let us in and said "hadn't realised I hadn't unlocked". 2 front of house staff, friendly and polite which I'm kind of impressed with considering they are the "face of a sinking ship", the place looks abandoned, the menu and drinks otions are extremely limited. "Happy hour" (apparently 5-7pm though they don't open until 5:30) is "2 drinks for £8, we enquired. Ah here is the very small list of elligible drinks and they they further struck off 3 drinks from that as "unavailable", that left Whitbread own brands and nothing resembling a regular pint of beer. So we paid regular price for a gin each from a name we actually recognised. Both had the same curry from the very limited menu. So, you get the picture, suffice to say it's no comparison with other Whitbread offerings like Table Table et al. Dire and depressing, if we'd brought a boring sandwich and a bottle of beer from home, we'd have enjoyed our meal more in the bedroom!

Great Christmas get away stayed in premier plus room great decoration very comfortable bed good size desk which I used lovely bathroom rainfall shower really enjoyed myself and the staff very so friendly walked into the restaurant for breakfast and was met by a lovely small face breakfast was good all in all great stay

Great hotel for visiting family living in the area. Everything was as we expected. Helpful, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Clean tidy room. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and will definitely stay here again, and would have no trouble recommending to family and friends.

It's our second time staying at this hotel in a Premier Plus room and it won't be the last (we have family in the area). Stayed for 2 nights arriving on Xmas Eve. All the staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was functional, clean and quiet. My husband particularly likes the black out curtains - more useful when we stayed during the summer! Breakfast was perfectly adequate with hot food cooked to order, although it took a while to arrive on the first morning (not a problem for us on this occasion). Overall a very pleasant stay.

My mother recently stayed for 2 days over Xmas as she struggles with the stairs in my house. The staff were just amazing, especially Nicki who made mum feel ever so welcome and looked after. Thank you Nicki. The staff even walked my mum over to breakfast to make sure she was ok. Thank you Bernice for helping mum! The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower was great. There was also plenty of parking. Breakfast is only next door and covered all the bases! In short this was an excellent, first rate experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again. And Premier Inn, please look after the wonderful staff who work at this hotel. They are a real credit to you! Merry Christmas!
