Staff were grate room clean and a good size. Had a lot of bad nights sleep unfortunately. Doors slamming all night people knocking on each others doors 5 in morning and standing in hall way chatting. One room shouting obscenities and punching or kicking wall/ door ? The restaurant the beeches looked lovely some locals told us it had gone down hill and they dont go any more but we thought we would try it. Breckfast was very disappointing I only wanted one poached egg and beans to put on toast. The egg looked like it had been dropped and I got 6 beans and a load of juice splashed across plate. I thought I was on a hidden camera show when it arrived. We had a evening meal as well as it was are Anniversary I spent all night being sick and had to stay in the next day missing my trip to liverpool. All in all the hotel was good some of the other guests very inconsiderate luck of the draw I sapose. The restaurant THE BEACHES I would give it a miss if I was you.

This hotel has gone down since my last visit its old and tired looking and the car park is a mess with pot holes. The breakfast was a joke especially when I was told you could only have 2 slices of bacon lol. You have been warned

Clean and nice size room with fantastic shower Pillows weren’t as comfortable as we have had at other premier inns. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment . Had no issue parking - would return - definitely value for money

Lovely clean room, friendly helpful staff on reception. Quiet room at back of hotel allocated when asked. Room clean and comfortable.

I booked a breakfast for me and my brother after finishing our breakfast on the Sunday morning. When we arrived on the Monday morning at 8am, The lady said I hadn't booked and she couldn't fit us in, even for just a continental breakfast, as she had 200 booked in... yes you read that correctly, 200! She also said there were just two of them on duty and there were no tables for us.... Although there seemed to be plenty of room. How 2 people having a completely do it yourself breakfast in an almost empty restaurant couldn't be accommodated is unbelievable...especially as I DID book! I won't be returning to your hotel as a result.

Cold breakfast after waiting 40 minutes to get it, cold beans, cold scrambled eggs, brick hard bacon, not a buffet breakfast and staff slow as a week in the jail. If was buffet wouldn’t have picked half the stuff as looked really bad. The room door moved every time the corridor door opened and sounded like someone was trying to get in the room even though they weren’t.
