I,ve stayed at this Premier Inn before, so I had no trouble booking again. Easy to book through their website.I opted for the cooked breakfast for the next morning,great choices, and quality. A big thanks to Janet on reception and to Kitty in the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. 10/10 will definitely return when next visiting Southport

Nothing to fault, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, appointed as expected. Great location for our purposes. Beefeater on site for breakfast and evening meals.

On arrival there's plenty of parking and hotel easy to find. Checking in is quick and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, warm, clean Bed is very comfortable On suite is also clean shower and bath

Worst night sleep ever. The bathroom fan was humming loud all night and did not stop when light was turned off, this kept us awake all night. When we previously mentioned this to the receptionist we were told they were fully booked and the fan would stop if light was turned off, clearly wasn't the case. The next morning I went to speak to staff but noone was around. We had to leave as we were there for a christening, which my wife and I were tired throughout and as it was our granddaughter it ruined the experience for us. We returned to the hotel at 5:30 spoke to the lady in reception as we were meant to stay that night too, I explained about the fan and how we were so exhausted so had decided not to stay and just go home, she was very apologetic and stated that although they couldn't move us the previous night they had rooms available so could move us now, I explained we just wanted to go home as we felt our day was ruined. She pointed out the buzzer behind some leaflets and said I should have pressed it in the morning and so. One would have come to the desk. She gave us the number for customer services and said that we should be able to get some of our money back. We contacted customer services explained everything and got told as per their guaranteed good night sleep policy we didn't meet the criteria as they could have moved us. Even though I explained we were told they were full and couldn't move us on the first night, all the bloke kept saying was yes but we could on second night and therfore this was resolvable. So apparently doesn't matter how many bad nights u get aslong as they can give you one good night it's fine. I have been a customer of Premier Inn for years usually staying with them 2 or 3 times a year in London hotels and never had an issue but I feel really let down with this. I will be using holiday inn this year for our Xmas trip to London.

Janet was absolutely amazing, her and her team ensured that we had everything that we needed, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived early , and she allowed us to check in early and made sure that we had everything that we could possibly need, she regularly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her and her staff were kind, compassionate, professional and helpful.

On my second day of a three night stay I went for breakfast and was seated but then ignored for 20 minutes I had to get up and speak to another server as mine had forgotten about me I eventually got my breakfast but it ruined an excellent otherwise 3 day stay

Everywhere super clean very comfy bed friendly welcome at reception and it remained open quite late into the evening for problems and more tea/coffee/milks loved the bath

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Southport (Ormskirk) and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was perfect for our plans, making it easy to get around. Our room was clean, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – we both slept brilliantly every night. A real highlight was the excellent service. During check-in, a friendly team member proactively told us about the meal deal, which saved us money on both our evening meal and breakfast. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added value to our stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service throughout was consistently great. It’s clear the team here genuinely cares about their guests. We felt well looked after, enjoyed fantastic comfort, and found real value thanks to their helpful advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning on our next visit to the area!

We needed a good sleep the night before a funeral locally and couldn't have picked a better base. Aside from our large, comfortable and quiet room it was the lady on reception that made an average stay extra special. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and rarely received such a pleasant and thoughtful welcome. Yes the phone signal dips out a bit and the food options are Beefeater fayre but the beds are comfy, the wifi is good (and free), the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the reception staff are top quality. Thank you so much 🙏 Eddie had the best send off and your gift gave us a lovely treat for our onward journey ❤️

Brilliant as always. I had a lovely sleep. The bed was amazing. The room was nice and warm. The building was quiet. Power shower fantastic. Staff so friendly. Exactly what I needed.
