I use this hotel almost each week. The team are friendly but normally overworked as lack of staff for the amount of guests. At times some delays when having meals in the evening. When checking in ensure that you book you evening meal times and breakfast. Breakfast are cooked to order and not self serve so a small delay. I recently had an issue with a noisy neighbour and I had to get hold of the night staff and this was resolved. I normally liaise with Kate who works in all areas of the hotel who took my comments on board and ensured that the noisy customer had the riot act read to them for the following night. Room clean and tidy and standard for premier inn. Phone signal in the area poor so use of the free WiFi required. Plenty of parking but ensure that you book your car or vehicle into the tablet at reception.
