An amazing location, right next to the river Thames, and close to great restaurants and pubs. The rooms were perfect, clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall this hotel provides real Quality and excellent Customer Care and an amazing price. I thoroughly recommend it.

We have stayed at this hotel before as we have family in Reading. This time it was our worst experience unfortunately as the window in the room had been left open. Arriving at 6pm after a long drive from Cornwall and in December it took hours to get some heat on (radiator) but the bathroom didn’t appear to have any heating, so that remained cold.

We had a lovely 2 night stay to meet up with family and friends for my wife's 60th birthday after a trying 2yr health issue for her. Several friends stayed here as well and we all had a great stay. Breakfast was plentiful and possibly best fried eggs ever. Staff friendly and helpful and room faultless. Thankyou.

We have been travelling around Wales, Devon and Berkshire for the last 2 months … This PREMIER INN Caversham Bridge was by far the BEST we stayed in compared to 6 others we stayed in. CLEAN … COURTEOUS STAFF … GOOD LOCATION WELL DONE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF … 5 STARS

Wonderful place to stay. Shanki (not sure of the spelling) on reception was so helpful and friendly. The room we were allocated was quiet and as usual the bed so comfortable. Great night sleep. Big Thankyou to Jorge, Veska (great cooked breakfast) and Judith (so attentive and helpful). Overall a great place to stay.

我写这封信是为了正式投诉10月18日入住贵酒店期间发生的一起事件。该事件令我和我的伴侣感到非常不适和不被尊重。退房当天早上，贵酒店的一名员工的行为在我看来既不恰当又具有恐吓性。在我们准备离开时，这名员工走向我们的房间，当我试图关门时，她用脚挡住门，阻止我关上。这种行为严重侵犯了我们的隐私，也让我的伴侣感到不安全，因为她患有严重的焦虑症。此外，她的语气和举止粗鲁且具有挑衅性，而非礼貌或专业。虽然我理解我们退房时稍微晚了一些，但这绝不是这种侵犯或攻击性行为的理由。一个小时后，我的伴侣癫痫发作，这无疑是由于贵酒店员工与她争吵给她造成的压力所致……我对此感到非常愤怒。我没有问她的名字，但她戴眼镜，肤色较浅。此外，我进房间时，百叶窗上有一只虫子，看起来像是一只蟑螂。请见附件。我要求对此事进行调查，并采取适当措施，确保其他客人不会遭遇类似情况。我还希望收到一份书面道歉，并了解贵方管理层将采取哪些措施来防止此类行为再次发生。请确认收到此投诉，并告知我何时可以收到正式回复。此致，
之前我们多次入住这家酒店，这次因为要参加附近的一个活动，所以再次选择入住。办理入住非常顺利，服务人员一如既往地友好，但房间却糟糕透了。首先，房间里的马桶盖竟然是儿童马桶的，而且是改装成成人马桶用的。然而不幸的是，它根本不合适，每次冲水，所有冲下去的东西都会溅出来，而且很明显，马桶边缘没有被上一个人清理干净。我不得不再次用湿巾清洁马桶。发现这种情况后，我立即向前台报告了此事。我们收到了道歉，但由于酒店客满，无法更换房间。他们能做的最好的就是退还我们的早餐费用。我想这已经是他们能做的最好的了，我们也不是不讲道理的人，毕竟我们花了四个小时的车程才到达雷丁，已经筋疲力尽。晚上九点刚过，隔壁的托比烤肉餐厅就出现了络绎不绝的车辆。事实上，我们的309房间正对着酒吧，感觉就像晚上身处酒吧里一样，吵得要命。酒吧里的人一点都不顾及他人感受，我们能听到从酒吧出来的人群大声喧哗、大笑，这种情况持续了好几个小时。酒吧关门后，我们还要忍受那些通宵狂欢的人回来后的各种噪音。砰砰的撞击声、摔门声，各种嘈杂声此起彼伏，简直是各种活动的完美结合，而我们却想早点睡，因为第二天要早起。更糟糕的是，房间的窗户隔音效果很差，几米外的马路整晚都车水马龙，吵得我一度以为窗户是开着的，但其实并没有。窗户开着还是关着，其实都没什么区别。我们在周五晚上入住这家酒店的其他房间时，完全没有遇到这些问题。房间的清洁服务非常有限，床底下积满了灰尘，还有之前客人留下的垃圾；房间边缘也积满了灰尘，感觉好像只吸了房间中央的部分；浴室里到处都是灰尘，像是用同一块抹布擦拭过，把灰尘从一个地方拖到另一个地方。我们没有要求换房，因为酒店当天晚上早些时候就通知我们没有空房了。此外，早餐时前台也没有工作人员，我们只能等着。我们很少在Premier Inn酒店遇到糟糕的住宿体验，但这次的经历实在太糟糕了，不知道是什么原因，这家酒店真的需要好好整顿一下。这次住宿体验非常糟糕，我们在活动上待了8个小时，睡眠严重不足，筋疲力尽，之后又花了4个小时开车回家。谢谢Premier Inn，我们以后不会再入住这家酒店了，我们要求退款。

我们住得很愉快，工作人员非常乐于助人——非常感谢朱迪思和瓦伦蒂娜！有一天，我们有额外的家庭成员来吃早餐，主厨 Vesste 为我们做了美味的熟食早餐！免费停车绝对是一个优点。
