The best breakfast ever had in a premier inn, normally they are buffet style but this was made to order was piping hot and well presented.

Shocking staff don't do breakfast totally empty . Food cold and orders wrong . Shocking still seating people. Nothing topped up waiting for refund.

Lots of refurbishment going on at the tile of our visit but this did not affect our stay. The contractors were always friendly & apologetic. The Premier Inn staff were amazing but there is clearly a staffing issue at this hotel. There are simply not enough staff to meet demand. Both mornings there was only one person managing breakfast & tables were rare due to the staff's demands on serving & taking orders. There were two different lads on each morning & they were severely hampered by the kitchen staff as orders came out wrong, uncooked, overcooked - every guest sat near us had issues. The preparation for breakfast had obviously not been completed with empty condiment pots & sauces, dirty cutlery, insufficient cutlery & napkins. When we went for breakfast on the first day the "continental" consisted of some cereal & one crumpet & the hot water dispensers were empty.

I've stayed at this site twice and twice come across Sarah, What an amazing lady she is, very attentive always goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble for her. A true credit to the company you are Sarah ☺️ Carry on doing what you do !! I shall be back 😉 Jen (Caernarfon) xx
