Pros: Friendly welcome from very helpful pleasant staff on reception and plenty of free parking. Warm clean room. Right next to The Quays Hungry Horse Pub/Restaurant. Cons: lots of noise from room above (we were in room 11). After we had been asleep for about 90 minutes, the noise from the room above started up again and woke us. It went on for a few minutes. At 6:08 am, loud door bang woke us. So much for their good sleep policy! Finally: could log into free wifi but awfully slow. Then tried to use it again later and although logged in, no internet at all. Conclusion: advise to stay somewhere else or at least insist on a room on the upper floor. Be prepared to buy internet £5 for 24 hours, or use 4/5 G if you can. Note: we stay in premier inns quite often and usually have a positive experience so this was unexpected. Needless to say we will not stay here again. We will continue to use Premier inn at other locations.

我和妈妈第一次来这里吃早餐，体验非常棒。我们一进门，Courtney就热情地接待了我们，她非常友好亲切。食物很美味，都是现点现做，热气腾腾，而且一点也不油腻。食物和热饮的种类也很丰富。我们非常满意，一定会再来的。
入住这家Premier Inn酒店是一次非常愉快的体验。首先，酒店提供免费停车位，在我看来这是Premier Inn的一大优势；其次，酒店隔壁就是酒吧和餐厅。酒店氛围温馨，房间干净整洁，设施齐全。床很舒服，热水淋浴也很棒。强烈推荐，而且价格合理。
入住体验不错，房间很干净。由于背部受伤，我住在二楼（英国的一楼），上下楼梯很痛苦，但又下不了楼。二楼很吵。如果这家酒店有电梯就更好了。床和周边环境都还可以，不过走到节日休闲咖啡馆有点远，而且沿途环境不太好，光线昏暗。即使不是在学校假期或周末，价格也相当贵，真不知道为什么。
我们临时取消了预订，从Premier Inn换到了这家位于Festival Park的酒店。最初印象是停车场破旧不堪，周围都是灌木丛，但转过一个弯后，景色就好多了。这家酒店的所有员工都很棒，从早到晚的前台服务人员，到早餐室的女士们都非常出色，尤其要表扬一下厨师兼经理，他真是太棒了。房间和浴室都非常干净。我们睡得很好，酒店也很安静。早餐热气腾腾，而且量很足。
这次住宿体验非常棒，令人舒适……我的家人很喜欢住酒店，他们也很喜欢这家酒店，旁边还有一家提供餐饮的酒吧，这真是个意外之喜……我们到达时，前台接待员考特尼热情风趣，妙语连珠，让人倍感亲切。她承诺早餐会很美味，果然如此。食物新鲜可口，我和孩子们都吃得很开心……厨师安吉人很好，她特意确认了女儿们的过敏情况，确保所有食物都符合要求，所以我们度过了一段美好的时光。
入住一晚，前台非常友好热情。卧室和浴室比较陈旧，需要翻新。早餐种类丰富。自助餐的煎蛋有点硬，要求换一个现做的，他们欣然接受。
我们住的是无障碍步入式淋浴间。
很棒。床很舒服，工作人员也很乐于助人。附近没有便利店。步行即可到达节日公园，码头就在隔壁。
员工热情友好，房间也维护得非常好。另一个优点是它离各种餐厅和娱乐场所都很近。
