Super staff who will do all they can to help or just greet and chat where necessary. All facilities excellent, breakfast and evening meals were stunning. Room was comfortable, clean and fresh. Special mention for Liam as he greeted us warmly and continued to check everything was ok. Thank you all.

We stayed here for one night, 2nd January: Not best premier inn. Needs a thorough clean throughout. On one of the baths there was a random hair that wasn’t from us. Bit strange. Room was tired and the edges were dusty. We had booked breakfast. Most of the breakfast was ok, but the restaurant needs a makeover. This was previously a Brewers Fayre. So it’s quite large. But now. Some it just looks like a storage area. Staff were friendly but we did have an issue with the cooing of eggs. They were not cooked properly. When I kindly mentioned it the answer I got was surprising. That’s how they come out the oven it’s down to the settings and we can’t change it. But the white was not done properly.’ It was slimey. Overall we won’t stay here again anytime soon.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel everything clean. We have stayed often and always seems fine. On arriving the night staff could be more welcoming, didn't welcome us in fact hardly said anything just our room number.
