等了两周才审核，因为已经提出投诉。但他们什么也没收到。接待处的工作人员粗鲁，附属酒吧的工作人员粗鲁且咄咄逼人。工作人员在等待打扫房间时吸烟和咒骂，所有这些都在小孩子的听力范围内。当我们离开时，这些问题已报告给接待处。向客户关系报告问题但没有回复。我曾因商务和休闲原因经常入住 Premier Inn 酒店，但现在已经失去了这种感觉。显然不关心付费客户。

Lovely stay, friendly and welcoming staff on arrival and whenever going through the reception. Great to have a covered walk way to the Pub for evening drinks and breakfast

Our stay was warm and welcome as soon as we came right until we checked out. Nothing was to much for any of the staff. The room was clean and overall pleasant. Front of house was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier

It's a bit run down and tired. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was grotty and had not been cleaned properly. The walls are paper thin so anytime anyone in the next door rooms moved or coughed or switched lights on and off you could hear it plain as day in our room. Not one of the best premier inns I've stayed in.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and in great location. Food is the restaurant was good and served quickly not too long to wait and a great pint of Doombar.

Arrived eve Dec 25th. We'd booked in advance and asked for a specific room due to family requirements. As can understandably happen, wires were crossed and the room we'd requested hadn't been allocated, and hadn't been cleaned after the last guests. However, Freya who was on reception, went several extra miles by kindly cleaning the room herself, and was genuinely very happy to do so to help us out. Hope Freya can have some recognition for what she did for us. We've stayed here many times over the years and always have a genuinely warm and friendly welcome, any extra requests are dealt with in a kind way, nothing is too much trouble. Same is true in the Brewers Fayre next door, always welcoming, always friendly, food good standard for what you pay. The rooms are clean and adequate for what they are and for what you pay, the windows open in the old wing which can help some people if they need that. The old wing could do with sprucing up and updating, but it doesn't take anything away from quiet, convenient and friendly accommodation which are the things to concentrate on here. Good base if you are doing anything in Caerphilly/Cardiff area.
