一家人要到Cheltenham 处理事务所以下榻此酒店。酒店规模虽不大，早餐不错，附近环境清幽，距离regent street 大概10分钟车程，且走路距离有颇多食肆，走不到5分钟就有大超市lidl。我们到访期间正值热浪，房间西斜没有冷气，室内比室外还热，酒店提供的风扇虽然可以转动，但是吹出来的风没有什么降温效果。
Only 1 chef. Total people approximately 15 in the restaurant at 7:15pm. There are roughly 100 seating places in the restaurant. Absolutely appalling service from. Premier Inn. Staff where very apologetic not their fault. Premier Inn management bunch of inept fools. I'm surprised Lenny Henry still advertisces for them. Heating in the room is set by thermostat so you can't turn it up. Corridors and stairs freeing...had to make for a bunch of penguins 🐧

Issues with till and chef being off meant poor service and unavailability of meals during our stay, had to request a refund of meal deal & told it could take up to two weeks to process.

很一般 凑合可以住一晚
因为客人距离酒店行路12分钟，所以选择了这一间。之前在英国其他城市都住过， OK。这是第一次入住Cheltenham 这一间，整体OK，唯一就是厕所抽气扇会发声、厕所洗手盘开水洗手之后，水流入管道后发出声音，有点恐怖。
交通确实不方便的，只有Cheltenham 市中心有C号巴士可以到酒店 。买嘢方便，对面有大型outlet，WareHouse supermarket。
餐厅牛扒不错，不过细分咗啲，港币195 ， 10安士。
我call了Uber/Freehoe两次都unavailable。最后折返酒店call的士，好方便，问咗当地的士司机，说 Cheltenham 已经没有Uber Support。
2026年2月住了5天。停车位充足。房间大小合适，储物空间也很多。床很舒服，酒店也很安静。入住前我被告知早上8点到下午6点之间有施工，但这并没有影响我的入住体验。我很喜欢带淋浴的浴缸，房间里还提供洗发水、沐浴露、洗手液和吹风机。餐厅不错，自助早餐种类丰富，热食早餐上菜也很快。我点了套餐，晚餐服务很迅速，所有餐点都很美味。
生啤选择少得可怜，连罐装吉尼斯都没有，菜单上的食物选择也少得可怜。他们居然问我是否要把前菜和主菜一起上？！我经常住Premier Inn，这家是我住过的所有Premier Inn里选择最少的。我肯定不会再住这家酒店了。员工看起来好像根本不想上班。我问起我的主菜，结果发现我的主菜被放在了另一张桌子上，旁边还有人在吃前菜。

这地方冷得要命。暖气是恒温控制的，而且锁着，根本调不开暖和。电视也锁着。声音小得听不见？我没开玩笑吧？分贝仪测出来电视声音居然有34分贝？我的天！鲜花都比这吵！食物难吃死了！酒吧等了半天也没人。居然没人？他们说很忙，菜要等很久？整个酒店就十五个人？他们说要等90分钟晚餐才能上。结果晚餐上来的时候是温的，而且味道很差。服务员都缺牙，鼻子上还戴着鼻环。他们几乎不说话，态度冷漠，前台那人更是死气沉沉的。前台的“人”连鞋带都不会系！真是服了！🙄 感觉这家酒店这种服务也挺常见的！
因为分配的房间烟味很重，所以要求换房。酒店整体比较破旧，感觉127英镑一晚的价格太不值了。希望正在进行的翻新工程能有所改善。
